So disappointing they maybe have the variety of coffee im looking for but the website is misleadng it says its open i drove 35 minutes and wasted my time but they obviously did not care for single retail customer as they did not even bother to come even when there is soneone inside . did not even bother to ask or apologize whats on google open times or check their website. They jsut make me feel srupud for not knowingvtheir store hours. Im disappointed to waste my time and gas and mileage. They dont value SMALL RETAIIL BUYERS. Good for them for getting bulk orders customer. I thought Id drive 35 mins to support local but if this is I am getting better to get the items at amazon. less hassle.

I am no longer in Calgary; but still want to say the original owner and family were always out to please anyone who put their faith in their goal to surpass any expectations you might have had from your coffee drinkers. Today, 'service' is by far the most misused word in Canada, but at The Coffee Connection I remember it being far from that!

Wonderful shop that's well stocked been going there for syrups since I discovered them - nice to have a local brick amd mortar place where I can actually see variety all in one place instead of scrolling through a web site.
