Our 7 course meal was extraordinary with lovely wine pairings. We particularly loved the tenderloin with fois, sable fish and oyster Rockefeller. The service was personable & top notch!
Best beef Wellington in Calgary by far! Beef tartare could be improved on, but overall the rest of the meal was delicious. Service was also great. Loved the small quiet location, a really nice ambience.
This was our second visit to the Continental and for the most part it was amazing. Where things went off the track was desert which was “broiled or baked?” Hard to know not being a chef myself. However one of the pears was outright raw which I pointed out when the server came to check. This on top of my wife making sure that everything was gluten free which the pear has cookie crumbs on it and his reply was he didn’t know despite it being on the reservation plus the other...
