We attend brunch with our family a few times a year and are never disappointed, the food isn't fancy but it's fresh, plentiful and accommodates every allergy and diet restriction in our party. The service is attentive and they allow us plenty of time to visit.
Fantastic host and great food
It has definitely been renovated at some point. Maybe that point was 35 years ago?
If you are looking for a convention space, they have a lot of rooms for that
Was here for a convention, overall a good experience. Felt a little tight at times and some of the rooms were not prepared on time.
This place hires a lunatic named Iyesha. There was a convention that we attended as a work group and this mad woman started shouting in abusive language and harassed us. Downright hate crime! This hotel is engaged in sheltering drug activities. We were a group. We saw cops come in to ask questions. Hotel must be investigated for suspicious activities. Unsafe. They have their staff and interested people write their reviews. This place has dirty, smelly washrooms. Very damp and moldy. Not brightly lit, to hide these terrible, uninhabitable public safety hazards, other than their lunatic asylum staff named Iyesha. Don't know if I am spelling her name right but we literally had to extricate it out of her. She almost hit my colleague and I managed to move away from her, just in time. What a 'convention centre' experience!

This hotel is a public hazard. They hire lunatic staffs. One came to assault customers and she called herself Iyesha. She has dyed her hair blonde and she's attacking guests at the hotel. She is a public danger and must be institutionalized. Mental asylum!

The service and staff were great, the kid loved the pool, I loved that there were change rooms/bathrooms at the pool so you don’t have to walk through the lobby in a bathing suit. My biggest complaints were that our room smelled from decades of smoking in it, and the heating and cooling system was extremely loud, and did not cool very good. The fan does not work in the bathroom so a bit annoying when trying to get ready and the mirror keep fogging up after a shower. I did not give management a chance to fix it because I didn’t feel like switching rooms, as we were already unpacked and only staying one night. I did love the mini fridge in our room as it got super cold, and there was a coffee machine. Lots of parking space and food options that are just across the parking lot if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. I will give this hotel, another chance but I will stay in the tower with the central air conditioning and heat…. Now I know why it costed more money to stay in those rooms.

Shout out to Ayesha. She checked us into our room this Wednesday and she was one of the kindest staff we have had. We had a family emergency and she was very sweet and extremely helpful. Great location as well.

The hotel was not bad, the food was good and the pool was awesome. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very good, the pool ran out of towels so I complained to the front desk then the lady told me that she will get some towels for the pool right away but the towels never came so I had to walk back to my room soaking wet... The rooms were also ok, but personally wouldn't stay again. ?

I wonder if they know they have a leak in their air conditioning system. All I can smell in my room is glycol. Hopefully it's not too harmful buy man this place could be so much better. Spend a bit of money guys , stop being slum lords. Could be so much better but I think I'll tell my company to get us in somewhere else next time.
