Went for the Sunday brunch with my family. Exceptional service, amazing food and great atmosphere. One of our favorites

Went today for the lunch buffet...hot entrees 4/10...chicken was dry...pasta didn't look edible, potatoes were ok, ham portions were small scraps...no beef alternative

Deserts 6/10 could have been better

Great value for a clean, well maintained and professionally run accommodation.

Standard room with standard amenities. Hotel was clean and well staffed.

Went there for dinner to one of the buffets inside hotel it was good and good prices staff very friendly.

The main lobby felt like I was in an all inclusive resort. Nice and clean place!

Great place for a conference!!

We booked two nights at The Glenmore Inn for a Friday and Saturday night through Expedia. We had never stayed at this hotel but it was about the same distance from the place we needed to be, and comparative to a Super 8 that was about the same price. We opted to stay at the Glenmore because it said it “included breakfast”. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was that it was in a bit of an industrial area. The second thing we noticed was that it was an older building…not at all like it is in the pictures on the website. There was a lot of parking and when we entered the building, it looked nice with a fireplace but within a few minutes we began to see that this facility is showing its age.

The staff were very friendly and when I asked when breakfast starts, she said I would have to purchase a $10 coupon. So breakfast wasn’t included….looking at the reviews I soon saw that this was a hot topic with reviews where the hotel claims “you are booking on a third party site and we didn’t get the message that you wanted breakfast…soooo, too bad so sad”. I feel like one look at the reviews and they should probably fix this. It was late so we did not protest and smiled as we went to our room, which was in the “garden area”. Oooo…the “garden area”….sounds nice right, ummm nope. While the rooms were clean and tidy, you can only maintain a building for so long before it is due for a renovation. This is the problem with the hotel…it needs to be updated. It did have USB plugs but that’s about it.

Other problems….my daughter claimed it smelled like “granny’s house”…not bad, just…old smelling. The toilets were so small, I think they must have thought only children would be staying at this hotel. The heater/air conditioner turned on and off all night…I ended up just shutting it off. The fridge also hummed all night long.

The pluses…the bed was comfortable and like I said, it was kept as clean as possible. I think the staff must have to work extra hard to make this place as clean as it is. The location is okayish. We paid $305 for the two nights…I think I would have been happier to pay $200 for this place. On Google, they gave it 4 stars on the reviews but it clearly says it is a 3 star hotel. I think they are right on the money there.

As hard as the folks here work to make the place nice, unfortunately, I do not think we will be back but thank you for the stay.

Room was clean, albeit dated and not enough lighting. Service at the front desk was friendly. Service at the restaurant was hit and miss.
Just squeaked by getting 3 stars. Unsure if u would return, though.

5 off the bat for dog parents! They were so accommodating and had goody bags for them at check in! Good per pet price and grassy area for them. Staff was super nice and rooms were clean and had a fridge and microwave which we dont see very often lol

The dinner buffet it's excellent!!! Very good place

It was a great place to stay. Clean rooms, shower rooms. Interior designing was very beautiful. I book through the hotel website. For Saturday night it was about a hundred and eighty dollars without breakfast.
