Seated at the bar. Service was very attentive and way above expectations. Food was tasty and hit many different tasting notes. Wine recommendation was perfect. Very satisfying experience, Thank you.

We never have a bad experience at this Keg. This was a quick, after-work bite of appies and wine. Glad to see more Canadian wine on the happy hour menu.

Have never gone wrong at the Keg! Delicious, quality meat grilled to perfection. Don't rush - though service was fast and excellent, you want to enjoy the dining experience.

Excellent filet and prime rib. Our server Nathan was exceptional~ efficient, attentive, engaging, did not upsell. The night was very busy but Nathan still excelled. The food at The Keg never disappoints

One of the best meals I have ever eaten. Everything was perfection. The food, the service and the atmosphere were absolutely top notch. I will be thinking about this meal for days.

The interior is outdated. Paint chipped off of woodwork and lobby seating is saggy and does not give much support when sitting on it. We were at this Keg location during Stampede but the restaurant was surprisingly not very busy. But we still felt as if we were being rushed out. The Keg is a great restaurant food wise. This location needs updating and the servers need to be a bit more patient while customers finish their meals and **conversation**.

I have always enjoyed the Keg but the last 4-5 times i have visited i have found it inconsistent. sometimes your fabulous warm bread is brought to the table and sometimes not. Yesterday, my lunch partner and i both ordered the steak sandwich. the steak portions were significantly different in size. the bread roll under the steak was also inconsistent. Mine had so much butter or sauce on it i could not eat it. My colleagues barely had any. i ordered a baked potato with sour cream. there was 'maybe' a teaspoon of sour cream. as stated, the consistency has slipped.

Servers were wonderful and accommodating. This was lobster summer so I ordered the 6oz sirloin med/rare with 1/2 lobster. The steak was tough with little flavor and the lobster didn't have its tail half with the body. The lobster was not very meaty. I was excited to have steak and lobster as it was a long time since I had some but it was a disappointment. I usually enjoy a Keg steak but this one was sub par. Unfortunately the green beans were over cooked as well. The twice baked potato was great though.

Monica service was excellent. She had great suggestions and a great knowledge of the menu.

Ordered the fish and chips, not greasy , very yummy and fries were an added bonus! Very good choice! Thank you!

Food was great for all four of us. Major disappointment was wine list and the severe lack of Canadian (read more BC) wines. Dump the American ones; there are much better Canadian ones out there and they should be offered by the glass.

I've always loved celebrating special occasions at The Keg Steakhouse. I spent my anniversary there last February, and this time I came back to celebrate my birthday, and once again, everything was perfect! The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. A big shoutout to our server Norm, he was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. However, I did want to mention one small thing: in past visits, I used to receive a complimentary dessert for special occasions, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful and festive. This time, that didn't happen on my birthday, and I genuinely missed it. especially since I always look forward to celebrating with you! That said, everything else was top-notch as always, and I'll definitely keep coming back. Thank you for another lovely evening! 💕🥩🎉

We had an excellent dinner here our first night in Calgary. Justin, our server, took great care of us and was a pleasure to talk with. His polite and easy demeanor was lovely. The meal was perfectly timed, not rushed or too slow.The steaks were very good, though one NY strip was slightly over cooked, it still had exceptional flavor. The prime rib was very good and the horseradish spread was not like anything I've had before! We did not get dessert but the drinks at the bar beforehand were also exceptional, a Manhattan and a Negroni. If we were in town longer we'd probably go back, at least for drinks!
