The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Market Mall

Food is as always great. Service was fine and courteous but not up to the usual superb service. For example, we had ordered a kids steak meal for my son. Normally it comes with carrot and celery sticks, but he didn't receive any (maybe it's changed?). We also had to ask for his drink as our waitress did not ask us when she took the order. When she came to ask whether we wanted dessert, she made no mention about the kids ice cream so we had to ask once again whether it came with ice cream. Our side of peppercorn sauce was also forgotten so we had to ask for that as well.

We have been to the Keg many times and I can honestly say this was the best experience we have had, our server Jordon was very knowledgeable and one of the better servers we have had.

Steaks and food were outstanding, service top notch. Our seat was not the greatest spot. We will be back

Bought the 20 oz bone-in rib eye, probably their best steak. I ordered it medium-rare but it was stiff as hell.

Our group of 6 came to the Market Mall Keg for a dinner celebrating 4 birthdays. The food was excellent as usual and our server was friendly, patient and on top of all of our requests.

As always, great service and great food! A little pricey, but if you are celebrating a special occasion, The Keg is always a sure way to go!

The food was delicious, the cocktails were top-notch, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service from Shane. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our night special. Shane went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Always love the Keg! I feel it is good value for your meal. Wine by the glass is more reasonable than similar restaurants. The "Keg Classic" option is delicious and generous! My steak was cooked to perfection, and very yummy!!! Would totally recommend!!!

We had a couple of delicious meals served to us by an outstanding waiter. The "cherry" on top of our excellent evening was that we found out our waiter was not just someone from the same city we lived in, but that we know his family. It was a fun evening.

Great dining experience! Personally I realized today that I'm not a big fan of the cowboy ribeye (stampede special). Found it to be a fattier cut compared to our usual NY strip. Love the Keg's consistency with flavour and veg choices.

Seemed to be especially noisy this evening. In the future I might ask for someplace in the Keg a little more quieter as we've never been seated in the particular area as this. Food great. Server, trying hard, must have been new hire but still friendly. Always the Keg is our go to place so no worries.

Great place to eat a good steak and not only. Great service and great atmosphere. Eating outside on the terrace made it even better. Enjoyed every minute of it.

Our server was excellent, friendly and professional. The steaks were marvellous, juicy and tender. We loved the veggie selection. I was celebrating my birthday and got a delicious dessert. The weather was perfect so we sat outside.

Celebrated my birthday here and everything was excellent from start to finish. Our server Nicholas (Nick) went out of his way to make it a special night for me. Everything was spaced out perfectly (appies, mains and the bday dessert). Nick let us take our time, we never felt rushed and he checked in on us an appropriate amount of times. Nick truly was one of the most friendly and professional servers we've been lucky enough to have and we will definitely be back for any future celebrations (and non-occasions too haha). Thanks again for a great meal! Kudos to the kitchen staff as well as the meals were delicious, and the bartenders for making some tasty drinks too lol 👌.
