Very cool vibe in the basement! It was a quiet Monday night but it was perfect for visiting with out of town guests. Service and food were excellent - we'll be back!

Food was excellent. Ambiance intimate. Menu had great options for a group - share plates, individual options, etc. However, after being seated our waitress never came to get us drinks. After twenty minutes, I had to go ask someone who our server was. We would have ordered another two round of drinks, but she never checked on us. To get the bill after another 30 minute wait, we had to ask another server to find her. We dined early at 6:30 pm. She was never on the floor and it wasn't busy.

Absolutely loved our dinner at The Wednesday Room! The food was incredible, our favourite was the French dip sandwich (seriously unreal) and the tartare. Our server Adrian was exceptional and made the best recommendation for wine, we enjoyed a whole bottle. We spent almost 3 hours, and as parents of two young children, it was a special treat to do that in such a lovely space with wonderful service and the best food. We love having this spot as our celebration destination and to celebrate our 13 year anniversary, it couldn't have been better! Thank you to the team for taking such great care of us :)

Had a beautiful dinner date with my husband at The Wednesday Room. The ambiance was stunning and cozy. We started with the Burrata with pear sauce—absolutely divine! For mains, the sea bass was cooked to perfection. Desserts were a dream: I had the gluten-free apple pava, and my husband loved the carrot cake tres leches. A truly memorable evening—we'll be back for sure!

Had 3 appie plates to share: calamari-yes but eat immediately smashed cucumber salad-best of the 3 crispy chicken-tasty but needs a sauce

Delighted to see the fried chicken and olives back on the menu! Also tried the new brussel sprouts which were delicious. We had an incredible server for my cousins birthday that did a great job taking care of our large group. Cocktails were amazing as usual.

Five star dining experience! Some of the best food I've had in Calgary. We had the charred broccoli, Thai curry mussels, and sea bass. The mussels were my favorite. Our server Adrian was very attentive and knowledgeable. And the ambiance was perfect! I love all the references to The Shining. Very fun!

Beautiful restaurant, the basement area is gorgeous. The Thai mussels were very tasty and worth getting, by far the best dish we had. The sea bass was tasty, however completely overpowered by the seasoning, could not actually taste the fish at all, it might as well have been chicken. Cocktails were very nice.
