The shared appetizers were great - pork belly and Brussels sprouts. As was the short rib, but the sides (under cooked vegetables) and the lamb (very fatty) did not meet expectations. The ambiance of the restaurant was ruined by a very loud group of young women - everyone in the restaurant were well aware of their presence and nature of their conversations. With all the dining options in Calgary, it is doubtful we will return.

We sat in the basement, no windows but nice atmosphere and lighting. Shared five plates between 3 of us and have some cocktails, all tastes great!

William was a wonderful and attentive server. A table next to us was loud and obnoxious and obviously over served. However other diners were considerate and just enjoying the lovely Wednesday room.

Went to Wednesday room for an event. There were about 80 people that attended this event, but the service was BEYOND amateur and atrocious. The charcuterie platter was depleted within 25 minutes of the event starting. Perhaps the party host did not ask to have it replenished, but the staff should have then REMOVED IT! The empty platter sat for 3 hours with just crumbs. Attendees of the party had to ask a few times for more plates, they had to ask for utensils. So embarrassing. The servers would bring out about 12 hors d'oeuvres per plate, and only 1 plate every 15-20 minutes. This was the most amateur thing I'd ever seen. 12 bites of food every 20 minutes for 80 people!? 80% of the room did not get any food for majority of the evening. This was embarrassing and infuriating. Clearly, the Wednesday Room has no experience with canapés and parties. Won't host or attend future parties booked here. Like honestly, any half competent person/manager would have food coming more frequently, but also send two or three servers at a time to circulate the room. Unfortunately only people sat/stood by the kitchen got food all night. Such a shame. Do better Wednesday room. Worst part of it all, we saw cocktails being made by the bartender, and then walked back to the kitchen! THIS IS THEFT! I am not mincing my words here and am very cautious and serious about what was observed and claimed. YOUR BARTENDERS AND STAFF ARE COMPLICIT IN THEFT!

Came here for my bday, cute place and great cocktails, service was great. Will say there could be so much potential! It was a Friday night in the basement, music was like mainstream radio, lights on so bright it looked like they were doing last call at 9pm. A more vibey setting would’ve made this place perfect

Wonderful evening for a birthday at the Wednesday room. Loved the cozy vibes. The food was fabulous. We had the fried chicken and carbonara. Both were delicious, great flavour without being too heavy. Had the California dreams cocktail, perfect! This was for a birthday so a little special touch would have been nice but understandable not every restaurant does that. We had the tiramisu for dessert, amazing! Thanks for having us.
