Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly doorman with cold water in hand. Heading to the front desk to see Michelle was the highlight of the Westin. She was so incredibly accommodating and kind. The hotel was clean, the beds and linens were perfect. The pool area was the best I've experienced. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice and the beds are very comfy. The reason I gave a 3 star is because when I book a hotel with amenities I expect to be able to use those amenities during my stay. On one of my days here the pool waa closed from 9:30 AM - 4 PM for a private party. These types of bookings impact guests who came here to use those amenities.
Additionally, the pool was continously left messy with pizza boxes, drinks and towels thrown all over the place.

Stayed here over a very cold Calgary weekend. I swear this hotel has not changed in years. Still wish they had plugs beside the beds on BOTH sides. Other than that a very comfortable stay. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, always a rip off in my opinion. Went out instead.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and impressively quiet, exactly what you need after long days of meetings. Housekeeping maintained everything beautifully, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail truly stood out.
The gym was well-equipped and made it easy to stay consistent with my training routine while traveling. The restaurant offered great quality food, and the location was convenient for both business and exploring the area.
What made the stay even better was the staff, professional, welcoming, and always helpful.
Overall, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again for both business and leisure. Highly recommended.

A special thank you to Bless and Jhose at the front desk — both were extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless, always greeting me with genuine warmth and a smile. I would also like to recognize the bellman who assisted me yesterday evening (I wish I remembered his name). He was courteous, efficient, and very pleasant, making arrival and departure stress-free. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the team. I would absolutely recommend The Westin Calgary to anyone visiting the city and look forward to staying here again.

So far so good, i arrived by taxi, so that was fine. It was a $40 taxi ride from the airport fyi. Front desk staff here have been great.
There is a Keg attached to the hotel, and a couple smaller places for breakfast or drinks.
