Good location, nice people reacting to our needs very quickly, also gave us early check in and late check out. But the shower drain was blocked since the first day and we were too busy to contact them. Finally we had the time to raise the issue and it got solved quickly. Would be nice to double check the room state before giving it to clients.

Only downfall is the temp control in the rooms seem to do nothing, adjust it all you want room is still to hot, even with windows open in the winter. Think the thermostat is just put there to make you think you can change it but you can't does nothing.

I'm currently staying at the hotel in a room that butts up against the elevator so all I hear is the elevator going up and down. It is clearly a design flaw and still someone made the decision to sell these rooms. Shame on that person. It is so loud and annoying and I can't sleep.

Food and drinks: At the hotel there is a Starbucks, a pop up Caesar’s Bar in the lobby and a Keg. We tried all 3. It was great.
I just wanted to say out of a lot of the hotels Calgary has to offer and being someone who regularly reviews them for blogs under anonymity I wanted to go out of my way to rate this one. The front desk attendant Max was by far one of the nicest gentlemen I've met in this industry, went above and beyond the call to explain things for me which is something we look for in the Famtastic Program. On top of that, management had upgraded us to a suite which was beautiful I might add.
If you're going to stay in calgary I highly recommend this hotel!

I've been booking hotel rums for about 20 years, and I had the worst experience in 20 years at the Westin hotel. The hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me or my travel agency. Not via email or phone. Even my travel agency did not receive any notifications from the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that my reservation had been canceled, and they had no idea why or how. "Someone" cancelled the reservation and refused to provide me with a room because there was no availability. I had to book a room for one night at full price to figure out what I needed to do. The staff is uninterested and unwilling to assist; they simply state that we are here behind the desk to hand over the keys.
Noteworthy details: You need to make calls maybe once a week to ensure that you have a room, because they can cancel rooms without notice.

Very Classy inside this Upper Older Hotel but still holds a 5☆'s in my eyes the hotel rooms are very big and the bathrooms have all the amenities with a bath and shower long stand up mirror for the ladies you'll love it I promise a living room with little office area and the queen size beds are super comfortable and lots of pillows and duvets to keep it super comfortable I loved my stay there!
