Good location, nice people reacting to our needs very quickly, also gave us early check in and late check out. But the shower drain was blocked since the first day and we were too busy to contact them. Finally we had the time to raise the issue and it got solved quickly. Would be nice to double check the room state before giving it to clients.
Only downfall is the temp control in the rooms seem to do nothing, adjust it all you want room is still to hot, even with windows open in the winter. Think the thermostat is just put there to make you think you can change it but you can't does nothing.
I just wanted to say out of a lot of the hotels Calgary has to offer and being someone who regularly reviews them for blogs under anonymity I wanted to go out of my way to rate this one. The front desk attendant Max was by far one of the nicest gentlemen I've met in this industry, went above and beyond the call to explain things for me which is something we look for in the Famtastic Program.
