What a super fun evening! We were totally surprised by the cocktail presentations. So whimsical and creative, and the cocktails are delicious. Great vibe, great service, great cocktails, great memories.

I took my wife and four daughters for a brunch to celebrate my wife's birthday which was noted in the reservation. We ordered drinks which didn't come until we asked wear are the drinks after 15 minutes (how long does it take to make a Misosma?), this happened with each order. Then to top off the slow service they charge me a mandatory 20% gratuity and the level of service didn't reflect that. We are a family and previous visits we wenot charged that rate and got to select our tip based on the level of service. The service was so slow my family was frustrated and were begging to leave so I couldn't even challenge the mandatory 20% tip. Previous experiences have always been 5 star so it's disappointing that the level of service has dropped to this level. The place used to be amazing but not it's just another “hotel restaurant“. Although the food was amazing at this price point and the level of service I would recommend checking out other restaurants.

We had such a nice experience here Denise was our server and she was excellent. We had the beed wellington and it was amazing. Woody help us to choose the right wine for our dinner so the whole experience was just truly amazing.

We did the chefs tasting menu with wine pairings. Overall the food was good the wine was fine but the service was slow. We were told the experience was 2+ hours but we were there for almost 4 hours. We would get a pairing and wait for nearly 20 minutes before food was brought. The value for what you are getting here is not impressive. You can go to many other restaurants in Calgary and have the same experience for half the cost.

This was our first time at The Wilde on 27 and we both enjoyed a wonderful dining experience. From the excellent service, the lovely ambiance, and the excellent food, it was just perfect. I just discovered my new favourite restaurant! I can't wait to come back. 
We attended the Filipino Omakase dinner with Chef Leroy and it was delicious. I love how each dish he created had a memory of him growing up in the Philippines. The service was fantastic. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you for having us!

The vibes were great but the service was really slow it took them 2 hours to serve us our main dish after having finished our appetizer more than an hour before. I had to ask the server again in front of my partner to bring out a cake to celebrate his birthday even though I added it to my reservation notes. Even then, the dessert wasn't compensated. Overall, quite disappointed.

An excellent meal at the Wilde. We sat in the enclosed deck under the heaters. Fantastic view and a cozy, comfortable space. Outstanding food and service. A great evening!

Excellent experience all around - if we could have given 6 stars we would have! Service was amazing, we had an attentive, friendly server and we were regularly checked on but not in an obtrusive manner, which I appreciated. It was quiet enough for a conversation. The food presentation was beautiful, the food was beyond delicious and the view stunning. Will definitely come back for our next special occasion.

We tried The Wilde 27 for their tasting menu, and I have to say, the food was exceptional. Every dish tasted incredible, beautifully presented, and truly worth trying if you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Calgary. What fell short, unfortunately, was the service. Having been to several fine dining restaurants, both for tasting menus and à la carte, we've come to expect a certain level of attentiveness and refinement that elevates the overall experience. At The Wilde, our server wasn't bad at all, but the attitude and approach felt more “pub-style” than fine dining, which didn't quite match the premium atmosphere or price point. A bit more passion and polish in service would make all the difference. Would we go back? Absolutely. The food alone makes it worth another visit. We just hope that next time, the service reflects the fine dining standard The Wilde 27 is known for. not the casual vibe of a happy hour spot.
