I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. First of all, the atmosphere was fantastic – very stylish yet cozy at the same time. Secondly, I loved my soup; it was delicate, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I also treated myself to their house-made tiramisu, which was wonderfully balanced – not overly sweet, with a subtle hint of tartness that made it truly delicious. Im going to give it a 4 star because it was really good and an awesome experience. The only issue was the short ribs were a bit dry and the mushrooms were very tough. This is a premium priced restaurant and I feel like the food should always represent it. Other than the short ribs, the rest of the food was amazing.
The Chef’s Tasting Menu is worth a trip to Calgary on its own. An outstanding dining experience from start to finish. Every dish was exceptional, making it one of the most memorable meals I’ve ever had. Chef Aron personally presented several dishes, which elevated the evening even further.
