We dined in during valentines day with set menu. Everything was delicious specially the The Brassicas and Opulence of the seas. In the menu it said there was supposed to be a dish called From the prairie but was not serve and seems other table didn't have them. But overall it was a great experience.
We are staying at the Hotel before we head to Bamph.We talked to the Manager in afternoon he suggested we take a 6pm reservation and doing so he brought out the Chef he talked about the Menu so we made our reservation and we came back at 6pm sat and had a drink before dinner which enjoyed and sat in the restaurant our Server she was wonderful helped guide us through the Menu we chose not to use the tasting menu of course we asked for Suggestions told us her favorite was the Duck...
This was my second time dining at The Wilde on 27, the first time for lunch. The Wilde on 27 is a beautiful restaurant, with an elegant ambience and stunning views of the downtown Calgary skyline. Unfortunately, the quality of service and food that I received today during lunch was sub-par for the level of status this restaurant proclaims. I was dining with a group, and each item had been preselected and the kitchen notified well before our arrival (read: weeks ahead of time)....
