Ezra and Dennis were lovely and accommodating to our service and requests. We enjoyed our lunch.

The business lunch was a great fit for those of us who has one hour lunch. The lunch is usually very good. However, this week is spicy meatball. We ordered it anyway and asked for a low sodium diet. The salad and dessert were great but the main dish was so salty even when we ask for no added salt. Cancelled the 2 businesses lunch booked after for this week and next week. Hope they will seriously consider their selection of the main dish and the salt level for customers who require a low sodium diet.

We had thanksgiving menu. Food was fabulous. Service was excellent. This was our first time and will be going back.

First time visiting this restaurant and everyone from walking in the front door, wait staff service, servers, ambience and excellent food was worth every cent that we spent for our dinner. We would definitely visit here again.

Great selection for $49. Both my daughter and I agreed the chicken was bit overdone. A house wine was included in the price and my daughter chose to change her red wine selection and I was bit surprised to see an additional $10 added for this. With no discount given to the theater price. Service from kitchen to table was bit random. Some people who ordered after us received their meal before us. We were a bit rushed for curtain time.

Our service from Jhoy was impeccable. We enjoyed the stellar set menu before a theatre performance. Amazing!! The chef accommodated our dietary restrictions with ease. Highly recommend.

We ate at Thomsons for the first time last night and had a truly memorable experience. It was one of the most enjoyable restaurant visits we've had in quite some time.

The food was excellent. I ordered the steak sandwich, and my husband had the rack of lamb—both dishes were cooked to perfection. Our two toddlers had the fish and chips, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The fries and fish were crisp and flavorful without being greasy.

The service stood out as exceptional. The two gentlemen who served us were attentive and genuinely kind, especially toward our children. They took the time to learn their names and made them feel welcome and special throughout the evening.

We appreciated the thoughtful kids menu alongside a well-rounded regular menu. We’ll definitely be returning.

Utterly gobsmacked that the Sunday buffet doesn’t have better reviews and that it wasn’t more packed when we went. Live music? Check. Crackling fireplace and cozy wood furniture with well spaced tables. Check. Food prepared right in front of you? Check.

We made reservations on Open Table and were welcomed with offers of coffee, juice and Benedict’s. Where else can you say “I’ll have TWO please” and be presented with personal frying pans of custom-prepared bennies with luscious hollandaise?

The prime rib was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. There is an abundance of choices. Shrimp, salmon, crispy potatoes and all manner of savoury and sweet delights. I had beautiful vanilla french toast with sculpted butter, berry compote and whipped cream. Delicious!

The server’s were attentive in keeping coffee refilled and asking if we wanted water or juice replenished. We parked under the hotel and the server let us know the ($28) parking was validated.

For some reason I had looked at an old price list and was expecting to pay 30 dollars a head. It actually came to $55 a person. If you are going in with a good appetite this is reasonable. There is a huge variety of beautiful quality foods and drinks are included. Our visiting guest from another city thought the ambiance was lovely. Nice to see that buffets have arisen from the ashes of COVID.

Thank you for taking my last feedbacks and improve the business lunch! Just one suggestion, when the dessert is a tart, it gets soft if it is made for a couple of days. It tasted like it is a left over dessert from a few days ago. Other desserts like cake can be kept moist longer if it is made well. Thanks!

Absolute Hidden Gem 💎 of a restaurant. Their Sunday Brunch Buffet is a must! Totally a 5 star experience. It is on par with Vegas buffets like Wicked Spoon and the Wynn buffet in terms of taste and quality! Everything tasted amazing! They even had a raclette station!

Love how you can create your own food adventure here. They have an omelette station, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, beef roast, an oatmeal station, potatoes, charcuterie, a yogurt station, shrimp, clams, Asian food like fried rice, soups, chicken, salmon, fresh baked pastries that are savoury and sweet, cakes, puddings, cookies, fruit, and much more! It’s like Christmas!

Their French toast was the best French toast I’ve ever had. I don’t know what they did to it but it is one of the wonders of the world and they have all the toppings like syrup and whipped cream to top it off. Their fried rice was also soft and fluffy and highly above average. The cheeses and breads were top notch. Their white chocolate cheesecake panna cotta was also a standout. Such a wonderful feast. Can’t wait to come back.

This was our first visit to Thomsons and I would highly recommend it if you are staying at the adjacent hotel. We appreciated not having to leave the hotel for supper after a long day of driving. The food was very tasty, the server was friendly, and it was pretty quiet. We ordered the steak bites for an appetizer, and although they were very good, the portion size was quite small. Suitable for 2 people. Then we ordered the Bison Short Ribs, the Brisket Poutine, and Caesar Salads with Grilled Chicken. All our food was delicious and the portion sizes were more than suffice. Overall, a pretty good dining experience.

I was having 3 courses meal but I don't feel like dining in a high class place as Hyatt Regency would put itself as. Since this place is located inside Hyatt I'm expecting to have service as good as Hyatt. I'm getting rush to eat. The place wasn't that busy but I was given a partial wet table. Taste wise the food was good but even after I finished 1 bottle of San Pellegrino I was still thirsty after meal.

Perhaps it's good if you are at a convention at the Hyatt. Otherwise.....empty...no vibe at all.....the brightly lit convention space was a de traction from the table at the fireplace. Weird! It did not seem to be inviting from the host/waiter. Rushed. We sat and looked at the huge menu (red flag). The big lit open space beside us, and said.......we have to leave!

Wonderful selection of apps or entrees! Really loved my Old Fashion to accompany my meal! Unfortunately I forgot our wonderful servers name. She was terrific and added to a great dinner.
