It was a good experience except that I placed a mobile order; received my Latte within 5 minutes. Three people that ordered food after my order was placed, received their food first. Mobile orders are supposed to take priority, and it seemed like she chose to make the easiest things first. Staff were distracted and very chatty. The food was very good though and you couldn't see the glaze on the products which is amazing.

Hi , I am site supervisor in construction company, recently i ordered 7-8 coffees for my crew and some food . There was a big traffic of customers and received wrong order, mess up with my coffees , received cold food & i Complained to supervisor Simran , she take a quick action in that situation and try to help me out with my order. Parking: Mall parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very close to accessibility doors of mall entrance.
Really wanted a coffee so went out of my way while travelling for work. Bathroom wasn’t clean, slide lock is coming off, no soap. Selection of muffins was 2 only, donuts almost all gone. A lot of people queued up waiting for their orders when I went in, but I got out quick. Parking lot hard to walk or drive on.
