I usually enjoy the DD from Tim Hortons, but today was the worst experience ever. The taste was really bad, and when I mentioned that there was something off about it, they insisted it was the same as usual. Very disappointing — I’m never ordering it from here again.

I came in to order a turkey sandwhich and an ice capp. They told me they had no lettuce nor whipped cream so I was fine with that. While waiting I noticed there was lettuce and whipped cream. Like why lie to me and do a hocus pocus trick to get me angry? I also asked for extra tomatoes for my sandwhich and only got 2 slices of tomato when I inquired about getting it free. Also they took my drink to the back and I do not know what happened but least there was whipped cream. I think the service matches the attitudes. I won't be back ever again.

I use this Tim’s at North Hill Mall almost every day and I can tell you that Simran and her team are wonderful. Simran always has a smile and is incredibly helpful - this is a really busy location and they are an excellent crew.

The staff are so efficient at ensuring my order is accurate and quickly given. They also remember our beverage orders (we are regulars at this location) for quicker service too. I have seen the staff work diligently, calmly, and quickly to get customers’ orders even when the line is very long and chaotic. Great manager and team!

No point in ordering through the app if you are in a hurry, ordered food at 1:15 pm to try and have it ready for my lunch to be back to work on time, didn’t get my food till 1:45, wasted half of my lunch waiting for food that should’ve been ready when I arrived, all employees were confused about my mobile order when I asked them about it and after waiting 30 minutes they were about to make my food and it turns out that my food was ready and sat the whole time behind the counter getting cold, left disappointed and out almost 20$ for cold food and half a lunch hour, never using this location again
This is the only place that makes my milk tea perfectly every time. I stopped by recently while working nearby, and the staff especially Manjot were so kind and welcoming. Thank you for the great service!

I come here almost every morning a get a green tea with honey and a muffin. The staff is very friendly. Most of the time by the time I get to the register they have my tea already made for me. 5 star service.

First Timmy's I've been to in a long time that doesn't look at me like I'm crazy when I ask for my breakfast sandwich double toasted. It's in a mall so there's no drive-thru and limited seating in the restaurant, but you don't have to go outside to access the food court seating in the mall.
