Hi , I am site supervisor in construction company, recently i ordered 7-8 coffees for my crew and some food . There was a big traffic of customers and received wrong order, mess up with my coffees , received cold food & i Complained to supervisor Simran , she take a quick action in that situation and try to help me out with my order. Worst food and staff. They put only 2 spoons of rice on a so called loaded rice bowl. Everytime I have visited this store the quality drops. I was resistant to post a review but my recent purchase from this store and their quality of food made me to.

This mall location is very busy, but guest waiting time is exceptionally less, got a good amount of seating too.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very close to accessibility doors of mall entrance.
Really wanted a coffee so went out of my way while travelling for work. Bathroom wasn’t clean, slide lock is coming off, no soap. Selection of muffins was 2 only, donuts almost all gone. A lot of people queued up waiting for their orders when I went in, but I got out quick. Parking lot hard to walk or drive on.

This location is the best by far. The employees and supervisors on site treat me very well and are friendly. They make my meals really well and the food is good.
Vegetarian options: You can adjust your meals by asking them to take out the meat or such.
Parking: The mall has a 3-hour parking policy so you can park in the stalls for free without registration.
Wheelchair accessibility: The location has a ramp access so you can get to Tim Hortons with ease.
Pathetic roasted hazelnut Cold brew, weird flavour and never seen residue like this pic after finishing the coffee. Too bad I took the first sip a few kms away. Off late roasted hazelnut cold brew (my fav and only drink I buy from Tim’s) has been very very inconsistent in flavour no matter which Tim’s I buy it from! :(
