It was a good experience except that I placed a mobile order; received my Latte within 5 minutes. Three people that ordered food after my order was placed, received their food first. Mobile orders are supposed to take priority, and it seemed like she chose to make the easiest things first. Staff were distracted and very chatty. The food was very good though and you couldn't see the glaze on the products which is amazing.
Hi , I am site supervisor in construction company, recently i ordered 7-8 coffees for my crew and some food . There was a big traffic of customers and received wrong order, mess up with my coffees , received cold food & i Complained to supervisor Simran , she take a quick action in that situation and try to help me out with my order. Really appreciate her customer service. I like it so though to share my experience. Great work team . Good luck Simran 👍🏻
This mall location is very busy, but guest waiting time is exceptionally less, got a good amount of seating too.
