I use this Tim’s at North Hill Mall almost every day and I can tell you that Simran and her team are wonderful. Simran always has a smile and is incredibly helpful - this is a really busy location and they are an excellent crew.
The staff are so efficient at ensuring my order is accurate and quickly given. They also remember our
beverage orders (we are regulars at this location) for quicker service too. I have seen the staff work diligently, calmly, and quickly to get customers’ orders even when the line is very long and chaotic. Great manager and team!

They are a hard working crew working at this North Hill Tims location. They have my coffee ready before I can even order. I want to thank them for always thinking about their customers first.
