I am a regular, early-morning customer. The service here is horrendous. There was an older, office-dressed gentleman wanting to use the washroom. The two staff pretended they didn’t hear him. Smiles used to be free, but people here are plain rude

I am a long time customer who has been ordering from this location for years and especially in the last few months. I order the same exact drink. In the last 2 weeks or so I have had issues with my drink being prepared incorrectly. When I pointed it out the first time the person who made it was rude and argued with me. Ok. About 1 week later, the same person made my drink incorrectly. Now I am wondering if this is intentional. I point out the mistake and the same argument occurs. Fast forward to today. The same person is working and as I am walking in I notice the staff are looking at me strangely. They recognize me as I have asked twice previously for my drink to be made again from the same staff. Recall I have been coming to this location for months and months without issue until recently. Unsurprisingly my drink is made incorrectly and now I am seriously wondering if this is being done deliberately. When I raise my concern, the floor manager fights with me and accuses me of coming everyday and asking for my drink to be remade. She screams and behaves disrespectfully when I ask for proof. I begin to record her behaviour for evidence of unprofessionalism and she threatens to sue me! The staff who has made my drink incorrectly previously joins in on bullying and harassing me.
This behaviour is astonishing. Customer service is now non existent at this location because of a few emotionally unstable and prideful staff. Other staff at this location are respectful and competent but the ones mentioned above are a liability and need to receive training on proper conduct.
I hope the store manager will reach out to address this matter as it is threatening the reputation of this location.
