Very disappointing wrap I ordered chicken wrap but they didn’t even grill the wrap and chicken was so hard inside. People don’t have that much to spend again and again. Employees should provide fresh food and with the same process how it’s actually made.

I came here this morning and I waited in line for about 10 mind to have the worker ignore me to help someone else that walked up to the counter. Didn't even acknowledge me at all. He's also not wearing a name tag so I can't call him by name but I took a picture.

I went to this Tim’s 3-4 times and all the time I was fully satisfied with the taste and the staff is also very nice and friendly and after eating or drinking anything from This Tim Hortons would tell you that how much love they put in the the drinks or food.

I stop by this Tim Hortons location regularly and I always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service was quick, and my order was prepared just right. The coffee was fresh, and the food was hot and tasty. The place was clean and well organized too. Always appreciate the consistency and comfort of Tim Hortons. Keep up the great work!

The staff were honestly very rude. When i visited, one of the workers literally yelled at an old man for not paying attention to the drinks that were being given out. who would do that? specially to an old man. the worker could’ve said it nicely. also this specific location always forgets my drink and i always wait 10-15 minutes just for one drink, even when it is not that busy. they should really be working on their hospitality.

I'm happy today to change my review, ever since I've complained about horrible service and a poor unkept Tim Horton's they have gone out of their way to apologize and to clean up the store, I even got my free coffee that I won on a roll up the rim (it was denied because a few letters were missing) I don't know who replicates tabs to get free stuff, it's seems to be a lot of work to scam a free coffee....my new review is a solid five out of five. The manager is very friendly and very sincere, I would give her a ten star rating.

I had a fantastic experience at tims. The service was exceptional—quick, friendly, and welcoming. The barista who helped me (a young man PS) was incredibly polite and attentive. He took the time to make sure my order was just right and even recommended a new blend that I absolutely loved. The coffee was perfectly brewed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and this place truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Tim's used to be so good, but now the food is expensive, tiny and mid. I know service has plummeted everywhere, but I ordered a caramelized onion pinwheel but dude gave me the red pepper one. Like GUY, there are onliy two options, how do you mess that up? I'm genuinely going to crash out 🤌
