main reason for me to continue coming back is the service team and manager, everyone is very professional,nice, kind & polite. they welcomed everyone entering and very attentive to thier surroundings. VIP service for not only me i can see that with everyone walk in

Worst customer service. The lady standing at front taking orders - I gave the order, but asked her twice if order was correct as the display screen showed something else - out of nowhere she started laughing and I asked her if I cracked a joke she just kept on laughing Seriously not at all welcoming...Tim do better.
Very bad service. I asked the lady (didn’t get her name) to modify my coffee, and she didn’t do it at all. She without listening to me properly. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back to this Tim Hortons again — and I’ll also be telling my friends not to come here either. If you can’t get a simple coffee order right, what’s the point?
