If you come at non peek periods there's no line ups.
Several times in the last week, I have waited over 15 minutes just to order a coffee. This morning, I waited for 15 minutes just to order my coffee, and then another 8 minutes just to receive a single coffee. During my wait in line, the woman behind me, actually called out to the employees and was blatantly ignored. Often the Woman who work at this location are very sweet, but the service isn't very good.
