As a regular at this location, I usually have a pleasant experience. The coffee is fresh, service is quick, and the dining area is generally clean. During peak hours, though, the lobby can get crowded and cleanliness slips a bit—bins fill up and some tables wait too long for a wipe. Staff are efficient, but the friendliness can be hit-or-miss; a warmer tone at the counter would go a long way. Occasionally, there are people seeking shelter indoors, which can make the space feel busier and less tidy. With more frequent floor checks during rushes and more consistent hospitality, this store would be excellent.

I was on my break and was very hungry, I asked for a cilantro bowl and after 5 minutes they gave me the wrap instead when. I had no choice but have to take it and go i was short on time And the staff did not even bothered saying sorry. Which was rude
