Very rude and unprofessional staff. Order line was long so I request if I use washroom . They said it’s locked , try to ignore after no reason why it’s locked or I have to wait or something.

Gave me my lemonade with whip cream like make it make sense? , made them remake it, they gave me a frozen watermelon drink instead ???

As a regular at this location, I usually have a pleasant experience. The coffee is fresh, service is quick, and the dining area is generally clean. During peak hours, though, the lobby can get crowded and cleanliness slips a bit—bins fill up and some tables wait too long for a wipe. Staff are efficient, but the friendliness can be hit-or-miss; a warmer tone at the counter would go a long way. Occasionally, there are people seeking shelter indoors, which can make the space feel busier and less tidy. With more frequent floor checks during rushes and more consistent hospitality, this store would be excellent.
