Well I lost all faith in buying the person behind me in line order. As I paid for my order I paid for the guy behind me coffee. As I waited to pull ahead the guy charged the guy for his coffee with the debit machine.Last time I'll be doing that.Shame on the guy with glasses working this morning.

This Timmies is close to my home so I started going there and have become a 5 times a week client. The staff is very friendly & personable. They remember my name and greet me by name. Most of the afternoon team, which is went I go mostly, remember my beverage which I order. When I order food is come in a timely fashion. The staff is very cheerful and I enjoy them laughing while they work. I recommend this Timmies to many of our friends. Most Sunday a group of 10 to 15 come together there.

The lady at the drive through today at 6:25 was exceptionally curt and unfriendly. I have seen her many times and it's always the same thing. It makes me not want to go to this location at all anymore. I have called and complained about her before, over something bigger, and I'm sure she recognizes me. She has slowly gotten more and more rude.

"The place where you can be falsely accused of theft."This morning was ruined after an employee forgot to put the sausages in the Muffin. When I returned to report it, the order-taking employee accused me of taking those sausages , claiming she did everything right! Seriously?? Do you think I have time to go stolen sausages at Tim Hortons??? Review the cameras and you'll see how your employee forgot to put those sausages. And take action against him. It's not acceptable to slander. It took a lot of time, meanwhile the second employee sent me to the drive-thru window when I asked to hurry up with my muffins because no one was going to remake them. What's going on over there??

Ice coffee in Tim Hortons is always inconsistent. Lack of cream, sometimes lack of sugar, or less coffee in it and more ice. Today my husband bought me an ice coffee from this location and it was disappointing. Lack of cream and sugar. It’s very rare to get the right mixture. I don’t need to ask for extra cream or sugar. The right mixture of ice coffee should taste good.
