About Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons, a well-known Canadian coffee and donut chain, offers a fast and friendly service experience at its busy location. The store is owned by a passionate family committed to providing good customer service. Customers often find the store very clean and well taken care of, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service area behind the counter is also tidy and organized, and staff members are known for their big smiles and helpful attitude. One employee, Sam, is especially appreciated for his excellent customer service and positive attitude. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a popular spot for quick coffee, snacks, or meals. The renovated dining area, with an electric fireplace, creates a cozy ambiance. The location is conveniently near local businesses and housing, attracting many regulars and passersby. Customers note that the food and drinks are generally fresh, especially during mornings and afternoons. However, visitors should be cautious when entering or exiting the plaza due to traffic risks from the double yellow line. Limited sitting space exists, and occasional issues like stale Boston cream donuts have been reported. Overall, this Tim Hortons provides a reliable and enjoyable experience, with the staff actively involved in the community through donations and events.
