Tim Hortons

Tried to use the drive through and had 3 different food and drink items to order and barely got one order before the lady was already trying to send us to the window. Gave up after 3 tries to correct and finish the order. Told them I'd just go in to order. Ordered inside and received drinks in a timely fashion. Food on the other hand took at least 15 minutes and people who orded after us received same sandwiches as us before we had ours. Asked where our food was and saw the half finished wrap and finished sandwiches sitting there while newer orders were finished. I understand being busy but that's just. Special ed. Never using this Tim's again.

Been coming here for years, typically pretty good for fast food. Over the last few years everything has gone downhill. Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. Had a very simple order that I had to repeat genuinely 10 times. I get it times r busy, but of course when I go to eat my food my order is wrong and missing items. Do better

The staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile .Service was quick and efficient, even though the place was busy. My order was accurate, fresh, and prepared just the way I asked.The restaurant was clean and well-organized.Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great customer service.

I've visited many Tim Hortons locations over the past three years, but this one stands out as the best! The food display was fully stocked and visually appealing. The staff were professional, efficient, and provided exceptional service. The store was also impeccably clean. My visit was truly delightful!

i’m not normally one to write reviews, especially negative ones but this tim hortons location is by far the most unorganized i’ve ever encountered. i work in the plaza and come in almost everyday and have been far too understanding with the terrible service i’ve been receiving. maybe it’s just the mobile order system, but truly every time i order through the app im waiting a minimum of 10 minutes on top of the 5 minutes i wait before coming into the store itself. today i was waiting over 15 minutes for the remainder of my bagel and hash brown order before saying something when the “manager” had picked up the order from their food making station, not the pick up counter, and claimed they had called out the order multiple times. this was simply a lie considering i sat there in front of the pick up counter waiting for 15 minutes and had to remind them i was waiting multiple times, i know they did not call out my order at all as i come here almost everyday and know they normally place previously called out orders on the small metal sheet pan they have for mobile orders specifically. it’s one thing to make a mistake, but to blatantly lie and blame the customer is incredibly frustrating. misunderstandings happen and like i said, normally im very patient and understanding, but this was just awful customer service. either the mobile order system needs to be updated or the employees need to be more organized and responsive when dealing with incoming orders made through the app.

The service at this location is usually friendly. Clean environment and lots of seating and quick service.

Their Double Double and Timbits are always satisfying.
The staff is friendly, and service is quick even during busy hours.
I love the clean, cozy atmosphere — perfect for a short break.
Great quality, great prices — truly a Canadian favorite!

Coffee is great in the morning all week long right up to Saturday. After noon time and Sundays , not so good! Quality control goes right out the window when morning shift finishes. After 35 yrs I consider myself qualified to share my expert opinion.
