I used the bow valley Tim Horton's. The brown woman was rude. I didn't like her service. I was upset about my order. I have high blood pressure and I am diabetic type 1. My blood pressure was high.

Tim Hortons corporate needs to get involved.
I really wish that the staff would know how to serve the public properly.
I went in there looking for a coffee about 5 minutes before they closed but they refused to sell me a coffee and tried to force a steeped tee on me which is of course more expensive.
They said that they don't want to make a fresh pot of coffee 5 minutes before closing however there is a lineup of about eight people who all wanted coffees so everybody left empty-handed or were forced to pay a higher price for steeped tea and powdered mixed hot chocolates and things like that.
Is that the way Tim Hortons is run ?
I'll have to file a complaint with the head office for what ... Because the staff didn't want to make a coffee and serve the people ? This is why I choose the other coffee shops. Always an issue lately.
As somebody who works in this building I'm shocked and disappointed.

I've been a regular customer at this Tim's for the last couple years now, Recently I've been doing online orders cause it's more convenient for me on the way to work, But the quality of the coffee and food is not there.

This morning for example I ordered an extra large Tea 4x4 and I received a Tea with Coffee mixed into it which I was severely disappointed about because I couldn't go back and change it, due to being at work already. I also ordered a plain bagel with butter which I received cold upon arrival

I wish that the team at this location could do better and actually quality check their drinks and food their handing out because no one wants a cold Sandesh or wrong drink.

I will not be returning and be taking my business elsewhere I hope they can do better

I’ve been a loyal and frequent customer at the Tim Hortons located inside Bow Valley College. While I’ve always appreciated the convenience, I now feel compelled to share my growing concerns regarding the quality of the coffee served here.

I usually buy my coffee early in the morning, and on multiple occasions, I’ve noticed staff mixing coffee from two different containers — one that appears to be from the previous day and one freshly brewed. The taste ends up being extremely unpleasant — stale, watery, and far from the standard I expect from Tim Hortons.

More recently, the coffee has been so diluted that it barely has any color or flavor. It honestly feels like I’m being served hot water, yet charged full price for a proper cup of coffee. I’ve had to throw it away more than once.

As a regular customer, this is incredibly disappointing. I’m respectfully asking management to look into this issue and ensure proper quality control is being maintained, especially during early hours. I truly hope to see improvements — I would love to continue supporting this location, but the quality must reflect the Tim Hortons brand promise.

I visit this place often. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I can’t stay silent any longer.

I usually order coffee very early in the morning. Several times I noticed that they mix coffee from two containers — one from the previous day and one freshly made. The taste was awful, like rotten water.

And the last few times I got coffee, it was even worse. They dilute it so much with water that there’s neither color nor taste left. Is this place seriously selling plain water at the price of coffee? I had to throw it all in the trash.

Who’s controlling this? And who’s going to reimburse me for all the wasted time and money?

I placed an online order at this Tim Hortons branch, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, I waited for a long time without anyone calling my name or giving me any update. Eventually, I had to go and ask the staff about my order — only then did they start preparing it. It was very frustrating because ordering ahead was supposed to save time, not waste it. I hope they can improve their service for online orders in the future.

Avoid this , this Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had in café in my entire life , if I were cable to give it mines start I will do .

the customer services very bad , my coffee tastes like water , you have to wait forever to get your order , and hygiene is unbelievable How is even allowed , the barista kept touching my cup by her hand and at the same time coming directly from the sink it’s unbelievable. I feel really bad :(

Terrible experience! They seriously need to hire and train more staff. The wait time is ridiculous—almost 20 minutes just to order, and then another 10+ minutes to receive it. On top of that, the hygiene standards are disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend!
