Today I visited The bow valley’s tim horton and i stayed in the line for more than 20 minutes and Plus 9-10 minutes for order waiting.
My only Suggestion is to Recruit Fit and Fast Staff So They can Give a better service. And Please use all three panels To Take order.

Absolutely the worst food ordering experience I've come across. Food hygiene seems to only be something that is checked off for the sake of doing business, and is clearly not something that is prioritized as part of their daily work. Clearly the staff members know nothing about due diligence and quality.

I made a normal standard coffee order, only to discover human hair in my cup after I opened the lid to drink it more comfortably. A reasonable thing to do is to compensate their paying customer, which they did - but of course, the second cup of coffee also has human hair right inside, for me to drink simply because they can. Is it actually unreasonable to expect the compensated cup of coffee to be free of defects, which includes human hair? The answer seems to be no - human hair should be expected in every cup of coffee we order. :)

Needless to say, I have not been compensated whatsoever besides wasted time and complete disgust for what was once a traditional and comfortable morning double double coffee. I now pay $4 for a small coffee from another shop because I can depend on quality and not have to worry about swallowing grease hair of complete strangers.

After submitting an inquiry to the standard customer support team, I was told that I can expect fair compensation and for the "owner" to contact me with an update. No update whatsoever, which was what I had expected all along - clearly the proper handling of food, adequate training, upholding corporate reputation, wanting to learn from mistakes, and being a reasonable business owner is non-existent for this franchise location and it is such a shame that a trustworthy Canadian (now American owned) franchise chain does nothing but offer such horrendous and repeated customer experiences.

There have been other times this location ran out of cream for the coffee, and various other problems that shouldn't even exist for a fundamental coffee shop.

The line ups are always long, and food orders take unnecessarily long to prepare. The staff cannot comprehend simple questions like "may I have a sleeve for my coffee please?".

This store is a wonderful example and can contribute to standard operating procedures of how NOT to operate a food business.

I visited the place today morning, and the experience i had was awful🫨. There was a line of guests and the staff was taking orders on just one till.... One person was taking orders and she was focusing on preparing orders as well and the next person had to wait until she is done with making the previous order
The rest of staff was thinking if they should really make and give order or not. Please try to get better staff who is little quick and active. Thank you!

It is right in core, next to c-train, and near a college. Yet, the staff serves the customers pretty fast. Good work.

There's 1 person working a HUGE line up and 3 people completing mobile orders. Flawed....waited almost 20 min. While the mobile orders had 3- 5 people waiting at most. The line up constantly grew....

no seating available.
Staff is dismissive when asked reasonable questions.
Overpriced menu offerings are financially predatory on pedestrian students commuting to classes.
Numerous security personnel are visibly imposing yet there's no imminent security threat. This posturing reflects poorly on the TH brand in the local urban community.
This post remains valid as observationally objective.

Thank you for giving me a classic crispy chicken sandwich when you ran out of bagel to make a bagel sandwich with cream cheese which I ordered on mobile. Good service :)

Slowest service in the city 5 - 6 people working. I'm 5th in line 20 min wait. Not cool and it's like that every time I'm there just to get a regular coffee👎

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a Sausage Homestyle Biscuit, and since the service was so slow, I didn’t have a chance to check my sandwich. When I got on the train, I realized my Sausage Homestyle Biscuit was missing the egg. This is the second time this has happened to me. It occurred today, December 5, at around 7:20 AM. The sandwich was served by an older Indian lady.

English comprehension is a serious issue at this location. Got back to the office with a weird interpretation of my order, again! Forgot to look, shouldn’t have to practice this much diligence.

They made my order wrong and when I went to ask if they could just make me one the way I ordered it, she said no because they had made it already? Terrible service.
