Excellent mocha frappe. Indeed a quick pick-me-up and that's just what I got.
Since 2014... I have no idea that this was actually in city Hall.
Anyways today I went in there for a coffee after stumbling across this place.
Nice atmosphere

A little more than what I wanted to pay but the quality was good so I guess it makes it somewhat worth it.
Besides it's up good to upgrade every once in awhile you can't always go for the cheap stuff. .

Staff is great. As someone who works downtown and has tried a bunch of the coffee places the coffee here is the best you can get DT.
