3 stars for the DRIVE THRU as this issue must m be addressed. I order food from Tim Horton’s because of convenience and speed. It’s common for them to tell the drive thru customers to park in front of the building after ordering. This is the 3rd time I’ve waited 20+ minutes for a chicken wrap. All 3 times, I’ve had walk into the restaurant after waiting 20mins, which is usually when they scramble to get my order made (usually due to not having enough cooked rice prepped). This defeats the entire purpose of convenience and on-the-go meals. I now question if I’ll choose this location at times when I’m in a rush.
3 stars (and not 1 or 2) because the lady offered me free timbits for the inconvenience, which is quite generous and lovely customer service.

Very unorganized, I was directed to move to the one side of the restaurant when the food was brought to the other side twice and then they went and gave me the wrong drink after telling them that wasn’t myn disappointing for a multimillion dollar franchise you guys should do better .
Staff are very unorganized and chaotic running around like chickens with there heads cut off.

Went to drive thru..was told to wait in front...5min waiting decided to check inside..told the situation and some employees just laugh like nothing happens and that they'll give a new one.wasn't even busy that time.appetite gone and my precious time just wasted for these kind of service and insensitive people.very disorganized

Why does it say that it's open 24 hours? The staff are there, but the coffee shop is closed. I specifically chose this route so I could stop here.

We walked in and were not greeted by a single worker there. Stood at the order counter for 6 minutes until someone approached us and told us to move to the other order counter where there was no one there to take our order. We again waited for 5 more minutes while 6 workers completely ignored us. Walked out. Completely appalled by the terrible service there.

picked up a hot chocolate from there last night for home tasted it and it tasted rancid as if machine had not been cleaned and had to throw it out wasted money DO BETTER TIM HORTONS

Timmie’s, please when a customer orders a coffee beverage made with oat milk please put it in!!!! I’m not ordering it for funsies!!! I’m lactose and now because I didn’t realize it was cream I’m having awful stomach cramps and about to poo myself! Please listen to the customers requests, we don’t do it to make you work harder! 😭😭😭

The amount of care at this location is very low. I ordered a bacon farmers wrap this morning in the drive thru. I was suprised to find the wrap blown apart after taking the paper wrapper off. Also, I received a sausage farmer wrap. I understand that this a busy location but come on. Do better Tim Hortons !
