Please explain why I ordered from your establishment at 9:55 pm on a Sunday and it is now 10:53 pm and the Skip driver is still waiting for the order? There's no way it's a peak rush time right now. Absolutely infuriating.

Worst Tim Hortons in the city. They always mess up the orders, claim to be open 24/7 but lock the doors at night. For how busy it is, it is very poorly managed.

Very nice place to visit. Staff were prompt and friendly. My only complaint would have to be that they originally gave me a hot chocolate when I ordered a white hot chocolate, but they were quick to apologize and correct the error.

Many times I was told that they have to check if they have it in stock, something so simple as bagels. This happens repeatedly and is frustrating. When I bring it up, I get a poor response. I will have to choose another location.

Good tea as always, however the lady working tonight at 9:15pm was extremely rude. While taking my order she just stopped talking or answering. Then when I repeated that was it she said “ yeah I was checking the tea just drive up”’ when I drove up to the window with it closed I heard her tell the other female worker that I was rude and ignorant. This has been thé worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Dec 5th, 11:30pm. Whoever is managing this place, if you think you can leave one poor lady to handle the customers inside, drive thru, AND the deliveries all by herself, with just a baker in the back. She won’t. Because she can’t. Physically. Shame on you.

Every since burger King apparently bought tim Hortons, it has gone soon far downhill. Any heated food is microwaved. Wouldn't recommend unless you just need a quick fix.
