We ordered bagels for breakfast with lightly spread cream cheese. We were served with dry bagel hardly any cream cheese, the bagel was supposed to be double toasted but it was hardly toasted. The tables were very dirty. The staff were hanging around, chit-chatting in their ethnic language not taking care of the customers or cleaning the place. I would highly recommend staying away from this location.

This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortans they constantly mess my order up, as soon as you get to the drive through window they don’t even say Hi, good morning just practically throw the machine at you to pay 🙄 maybe train your staff on customer service and your kitchen staff on how to read a order and get it right

I’ve been a regular in this location the staff is very nice and friendly all the time even when its packed. But the service i got today made me to post a review, I accidentally placed an order to wrong location it was mobile order totally my mistake but when I explained them the nice lady i think shes the manager she made the bowl for me. Shoutout to her

They got my order completely wrong and what i got looks gross. The person making my food whiped their nose on the gloves they used to prep my food. I didn't get a receipt when I asked for it would never go again. For over $10 my food was gross.
And as you can see I did contact their team after they commented and I said nothing about a refund but they aren't willing to do anything about the poor hygiene. They aren't willing to change anything. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
