I like original blend double double.

Worst Tim Hortons. I work close by and have been here several times. They are slow and unorganized. Ver frustrating. Today I waited 10 minutes for a mobile order turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time.
I stopped by quite a while ago.
I often ordered coffee + Timbits. I would like Tim Horton to come to Japan as well.
Worst Tim Hortons ever. Every Tim Hortons is bad but specifically this location. No care from employees, rude service and awful food. I do not understand how this company managed to ruin such a well known Canadian institution.

How can you beat Tim Hortons when you’re hungry on a Saturday morning and you have no groceries since you just got home from vacation. It’s wonderful having a Canadian go to fast food restaurant. The BLT breakfast bagel hits the spot. A few little Tim bits on the side while you’re waiting was so satisfying. They have a multitude of food and beverage items. They’ve really diversified their product. I’m happy you can find one almost anywhere open.

What the fffork is going on with Tim's!! It NEVER!! was this bad!! I went in for 2 dozen assorted donuts and when I got home and handed the donuts out to guests everyone complained that they were old! Was i ever embarrassed!! They were hard and not soft and had to be at least a day or so old im thinking maybe 2 days they were absolutely disgusting so I'm going to file a complaint to the heath department and consumer affairs canada. This is unacceptable!! And we all know why!! And there's no denying it!! IM DONE WITH TIM'S AND WILL BE CALLING TIM'S HEAD OFFICE AS WELL.
I went in for a coffee yesterday, just a coffee and took twenty minutes. There was more staff then customers in there at the time which was the crazy part.
Staff were just uninterested and talking to friends over the counter and texting.
Everytime I go here there's something wrong with my order and more so they charge a different price for the same order. Mad.
Sort your staff out as a starting point.

I Ended up going here an hour before close and was told the kitchen was closed. I had heard this before from more than one person but was hoping they were wrong. Sadly they were right. For a food service company why would you not serve food until 15 mins before close . Just informing people to not go to this location!

Hi I am regular customer of tim hortans living near in a apartment of Tim's building the employee name jass really very sweet and give good suggestions about new drinks I never tried Earl grey she suggested me and now this tea is my favourite from now whenever I will visit tim will go for Earl grey . Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience today. I found a hair in my pizza, which completely ruined my appetite. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t even apologize—they simply replaced the pizza without any acknowledgment or regret. It felt as if they just wanted to move on without addressing the issue.

They always close early, especially on Saturdays, even if customers arrive 10 minutes before closing time, they always respond with sorry, we stopped the coffee machines!!!!!

I live on the block of this Tim's, but I wish I was near another.
This location does not label the lids as they should. This location will have anywhere from 4-6 employees working yet OFTEN they group to chat or are walking SLOWLY to get orders completed. Never in my life have I seen such a poorly managed Tim Hortons. With that many staff there is no reason for the till to be vacant so often. Appalling service.

This is the worst tim hortons i have been too. I went with my friends about 4pm and one of the supervisor was working there. As I wasn't satisfied with the order. I ordered French vanilla and it was cold , and it wasn’t even filled to the top that was extremely disappointing! The supervisor was indian and then I started talking to her about my concern in Hindi and she said she barely knows the Hindi language n even she was explaining that thing in Hindi only and that was really insulting. Like seriously.. Is this the behaviour to treat the customer??! It is not expected from a supervisor .
