Asked for 2 farmers wrap, forgot 1 and messed up the other, also asked double toasted sausage English muffin turned out they barley put it through once. It's not busy right now so no reason to make multiple mistakes in a order.

Closed randomly at 7, 8 or 9 everyday even though they close at 10 online. (Only Tim's location that closes at this time). It just looks like they're lazy and have bad management.

Drive thru- ordered 2 cold drinks, timbits and 2 donuts. One boston cream and a double chocolate. Donuts got stuck in a bag together with boston cream glaze up and double chocolate glaze down right on top of boston cream of course. So I try to eat the top one but it's stuck hard on boston cream glaze and now can't be separated without destroying chocolate donut. Why can't I get a boston cream served to me someway that it keeps it's glaze and doesn't wreck the other donut I ordered? I don't think I've ever received one which didn't get wrecked by the bag, box or packaging. So frustrated. Waste of money! Tidbits were pretty bland and dry. Today was not a good food day for sure.

I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk, and it had no foam at all—completely flat. A proper cappuccino should have foam, and I drink it daily, so I know the difference. It seems like they didn’t bother to froth the milk properly or are using their own version, but it was nothing like a real cappuccino.

When I asked for a refund, they ask me to park , then made me come all the way back to the store. Terrible customer service on top of a badly made drink. Worst experience I’ve had at a coffee shop.

I ate there staying by the airport and got a lime cilantro chicken bowl. Couldn't taste or see any cilantro. Wayyyy too much sour cream on top. Chicken had that canned chicken flavor. But altogether it was edible and the service was very friendly and I enjoyed the free wifi and fake fireplace. Really not a bad experience. Probably better to get donuts and coffee there but I was there at my dinner time with no other nearby options.
