This is honestly the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to in Calgary. The tables are always dirty, the service is slow, and they constantly mess up orders. There’s always a long lineup inside, even though plenty of staff are around, but they keep leaving the counter instead of helping customers.
When it comes to handing out food and drinks, it’s done so poorly—sometimes they don’t announce orders at all, so items just sit there getting cold while people stand around confused, trying to figure out if it’s theirs. Customers end up having to check and touch other people’s orders, which is very frustrating and unsanitary.
Definitely one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences.

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with extra lettuce and got charged 70 cents for what honestly felt like the bare minimum. If you’re going to charge extra, at least make it noticeable. Tim Hortons really needs to stop being so cheap.

There was in an old woman wearing turban. Today I think she’s not happy. No smiling it’s like it’s my fault that I buy coffee. If your people are not happy specially grumpy woman don’t put her drive thru- She represent the face of Tim horthons and if she’s not happy what else the customer will feel. We are spending our money not just for a very good coffee but for a good customer service as well but if she’s not happy and not mannered don’t put her on drive thru. Her attitude when I ask I her I used my points why I got billed 4 dollars she replied to me in a rude way. I don’t know pay your bill! This shocks me as I just started my day happy and will just be ruined with an old grumpy Punjabi woman with turban. Please train your people if they are not happy and grumpy put them in kitchen where customers cannot see their grumpy attitude.

(Note that I grade Tim’s against other Tim’s and similar places). Pretty much the perfect Tim’s experience for me! I ordered out, and it came quickly and with a smile. All I ever wanted from a donut shop.

I stayed at a nearby hotel during Labour Day weekend. Came to this Tim Hortons at 7am and placed a mobile order. Despite there being 5-10 employees standing around inside, nobody unlocked the doors until about 7:10am even though it opened at 7am. I had to tell them I had a mobile order - they didn't know about it? They proceeded to make my order (for 3 people) and placed all the items on the counter just loose - no tray or anything. They made our coffees wrong and instead of remaking them, they just handed me a few creamer packets and told me to do it. Overall was not impressed. They seemed like they had no idea what they were doing here and no sense of urgency to prepare guest orders.

This location staff especially morning 6 am working staff very bad activity and coffee is not if we need hot coffee use microwave, Tim Horton is not giving free coffee? Or management not paying their staff very bad service
