While everyone is in a rush, Krishna took the time to explain to me how I could save and redeem my points. She even gave me more coupons that I could redeem at any Tim Hortons branch. Manpreet, the one with glasses, who prepared my sanwhich was very patient and very polite to ask me if I needed anything else. These people are sometimes unnoticed for the service they have done. It is sometimes easy for us to complain that they screw up but the truth is their smile that we see before we start our day could make a difference.

Found the lineups always moved very slowly like the staff. There are lulls in people coming in. That’s when setup should be done. Not when there are people waiting to be served. The minimal number of staff always move like there is no reason to hurry. The place is always a mess, but I keep going because I work in the area. The look of the food prep area today turned my stomach so I only ordered a coffee. Dirtiest dinner area too. I’m surprised this place is allowed to serve food. Bag lunch and a thermos of coffee for me from now on.

everytime i come here as a skip the dishes driver it’s an issue. i’m never acknowledged and i stand there like an idiot not knowing what’s going on. these peopleneed to seriously work on their people skills or they shouldn’t have a job

This is one of the slowest Tim Hortons I've been to. I go at this location once a week while I'm doing laundry & the staff gets slower every week. It seems the staff don't want to be there to work & serve/make food. Don't get me started on the bathrooms. The womens is relatively clean, but when I went there yesterday it was locked. When I asked for the key, the worker said the key wasn't there so someone was in there. For 20 minutes? And still no one came out. If there was someone in there for that long, one of the staff should have seen if the person was okay. Honestly, if this staff really don't want to be there, they should find another job where they don't have to make food.

I only do take out/mobile orders, so I cant speak much to in store experience.However, the mobile ordering is flawless and never disappoints. They prepare the orders in open view and place them together with the order slip for you to easily pick up, grab a sleeve or a napkin.Of course, when busy it can take longer, but you always get fresh hot coffee and hot food.
