This is one of the slowest Tim Hortons I've been to. I go at this location once a week while I'm doing laundry & the staff gets slower every week. It seems the staff don't want to be there to work & serve/make food. Don't get me started on the bathrooms. The womens is relatively clean, but when I went there yesterday it was locked. I only do take out/mobile orders, so I cant speak much to in store experience.However, the mobile ordering is flawless and never disappoints. They prepare the orders in open view and place them together with the order slip for you to easily pick up, grab a sleeve or a napkin.Of course, when busy it can take longer, but you always get fresh hot coffee and hot food.
