We went there for the first time and here are the reviews on few specific items:

1. Red oil wontons - the wrapping is the thickest I've ever had. It should be light and smooth. It also had very little meat inside, there isn't enough red oil either.

2. Rice roll (beef) - again, super thick rolls with very little beef. This should be thin.

3. Pork Siu Mai - mediocre taste and lacking other ingredients, like mushrooms

I ordered the pork shumai and its so good. I also ordered lettuce wrap chicken it has big serving. It taste good but then its full of NUTS and few chicken inside so I haven’t finish eating it coz I got tired chewing nuts maybe you should crushed the nuts instead and try to lessen it. The staffs are friendly and fast.

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars for good food and good service, and the fact that we will definitely be back. The portions are big but it is definitely as good as any dimsum I've ever had. If you are shopping at Chinook and looking for a lunch or supper, pop in. You won't be disappointed.
