I’ve drank a lot of toolshed beer and this first time coming to the brewery and seeing the process and trying the food. Everything was awesome, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. Lots of bbq selections and sides!.

I had tacos with pulled pork, and three beers: 1) Departure 2) Late to the Party, and 3) Pete’s Pils. I sat on the patio and I was the only customer outside at 11:30 AM. The food was good, the beer was great!

Tool shed BBQ and brewery. When I first walked in I was surprised how big it was . The front area is kind of like a saloon and then you go into the back area and it's a big huge restaurant where you can see the brewery. It's cool spot they have dart boards a huge big screen they probably have fun family movie nights. There is tool shed swag you can buy and of course all the great beer they brew . I'm not a beer drinker but I wanted to go because I heard they have a great barbecue and smoked food. THE SMOKED FOOD WAS FANTASTIC I know what I'm talking about I've been doing my own smoking for a long time . WE HAD THE COMBO WITH EVERYTHING ON IT. SO A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING BUT THEY WERE SOLD OUT OF PORK BELLY. And just to let you know they do have ciders and Margarita coolers lots of other stuff to drink if you're not a beer drinker. Looking forward to going back for more barbecue.

Leaving this review mainly because of Taylor's service ! She worked shortly before I left this review just incase there's more than one Taylor. She was awesome. Super friendly made sure we weren't rushed and listened in to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed ! 10/10 for Taylor!

Came for their competition bbq and arrived at 11:15 (it opened at 11) and within 5 minutes they were sold out of brisket and burnt ends. Stood in line for 50 minutes and there were only spicy sausages left as a protein option. SUPER disappointing. Tons of people behind us in line didn’t get anything. Happy for them that they sold out but it was poorly run and poorly planned. Told staff we were disappointed and were ignored and it went unacknowledged For a first time event they should’ve sold tickets to have some idea of the popularity of the event so less people were left without food options. Wont be back.

What a great place! Visiting from BC and the Tool Shed might be the star of our week long visit to Calgary. Excellent food(brisket is amazing) and beer. And the staff is exceptional.
