I usually don’t leave bad reviews but when I ordered my food, the staff member slammed the tray down beside me without acknowledging me, then walked away quickly
The manager did apologize and thanked me for the feedback, which I appreciated. However, the quality of the food was also disappointing—the chicken was dry and not enjoyable.
I work in customer service myself, so I try to be understanding, but this level of service and food quality was unacceptable. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to retrain staff on customer service basics and improve food standards, because other customers might not be as forgiving.

The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing. I've lived in Calgary for 3 years now (moved from a small town) and only just starting frequenting the Tuk Tuk Thai restaurants around. It's a little pricey feeling compared to some, but the curry is definitely worth the price. I like the red Thai curry. It's (so far) agreed with my stomach despite me having several food sensitivies. The Kensington location was nice. The staff are very kind and provided great service.
My only concern was with how heavy the main door is. I didn't see any accessibility buttons, and even my able-bodied self really struggled with the weight of it. I'm not sure what the issue is there, but aside from that it's 5/5!

The chicken pad Thai was overly sweet and lacked flavor/spices, the chicken was really dry, almost as if it was freezer burned. The boba was great though.

Absolutely love this place! One of my favourite cuisines to order from. I got the Red Curry Chicken, and it was amazingly delicious! They have wonderful staff working there, nothing but kindness and skillful service. Thank you 😊

I’ve had Tuk Tuk Thai a few times over the years and it was always pretty good. Had it today and it’s really gone down hill. Prices have increased and portions have gotten much smaller. Ordered pad thai with shrimp and I think it was going bad - the sauce was completely sour and foul tasting, the shrimps were hard and dry. I couldn’t finish it. Really disappointed.

Came in for a late lunch. Ordered three adult meals and asked for an adult portion of the kid’s meal chicken skewers and rice. Cashier was not friendly at all, said she couldn’t give us a can of pop to replace two juice boxes. She was extremely dismissive and no costumer service skills. Ended up ordering two kids meals. Instead of skewers we got chicken nuggets! Will NOT be returning.
