Varbar Wine Bar is an intimate space with only three tables and a couple of seats at the bar. It is a fondue and champagne bar, offering a large variety of champagnes despite its small space. The wine and champagne menu is excellent. The food is delicious, with the fondue being a highlight. Guests enjoyed the bottomless fondue, adding broccoli, sausage, and green apple. The vegan cheese and gluten-free bread were unreal good, and the warm olives are also highly recommended. The service is fabulous and amazing. The staff are incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, fun, engaging, and attentive. It is women-owned. The space is very cozy, feeling like a mini escape. Parking is easy. It is a bit pricey, but quite fair for champagne. This place is recommended for a special occasion.
