We ordered take out through Skip. The food wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t good. The rice noodles tasted like plastic, the pho broth tasted like cardboard, and the satay chicken salad rolls had tiny slivers of flavourless chicken and they came with watered down peanut sauce that barely had any flavour. I have had better instant Pho and the salad rolls were basically just lettuce and noodles. The banh mi was good, but it needed more meat. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Friendly, clean and calming atmosphere. Its a good place for business brunch and take out when youre wanting something more healthy. The springs rolls are the best I've had in the city! They come with golden crips crunch and are not too greasy or salty at all for your health. Excited to try the rest of the menu. Thank you.

The first time I ever had Vietnamese food was here. I haven’t tried their subs but I absolutely love their spring rolls, their wonton soup is the best I’ve had anywhere & the chicken and the beef with rice or with vermicelli is sooo good!! The prices are good the services excellent and it’s very clean if you want to eat in. You can text an order in too , which I do quite a bit for lunch. I recently tried another place & had to throw out the food, this place has no greasy smell when you open the food like so many places do lately, even high end places. Small family run is the way to go!!

Been here twice for the beef pho. We order the large to share and it's more than enough. I like how quiet the place is and the pho broth is really good. Service is also good. I would recommend it for the atmosphere and their pho.

I think I may have found my new favorite place. The peanut sate pho was phenomenal. Spicy and full of flavor. I finished the whole bowl which rarely happens. Will continue to order from here!

Really bad Vietnamese sub. Very few toppings. Maybe 6 small chunks of tofu on entire sub. Very little veggies. Added hoisin at home as there was no sauce. Would not order again. Would not recommend.

Terrible vietsub.. was charged 1.50 extra for extra veggies never got it... mediocre sub... cold... and had lettuce in it... very little meat.. would not come again... just for 12.75 I would go to subway..
