Service abysmal.
Not welcomed when we arrived. Staff all just standing around.
Had to wave down a server for water
No one came to table to take drink or food order for 15 min. Staff just standing around bar. A half hearted apology for delay.
Food tasty but again no one came to ask how food was, did we need anything. No offering of top up on coffee
Had to get up and hunt down Staff to get extra syrup.
Food good, service very poor.
Will not return

Wafflato | Cafe & Lounge offers a beautiful and light ambience with plenty of daylight. The food is great, delicious, and awesome, with beautiful presentation. Standout items include the grilled Halloumi and Arugula, sunny side avocado toast, Parm Fries, Chicken strips with waffle chips, and vegan options. Drinks are excellent, featuring a special Tea with cinnamon, London Fog, and a sweeter Salted Caramel Macchiato. The staff is super courteous, friendly, and provides excellent service. Portion sizes are generous. With amazing music and a memorable experience, it is a spot worth visiting in Calgary's Beltline.
