Not welcomed when we arrived. Staff all just standing around.
Had to wave down a server for water
No one came to table to take drink or food order for 15 min. Staff just standing around bar. A half hearted apology for delay.
Food tasty but again no one came to ask how food was, did we need anything. No offering of top up on coffee
Had to get up and hunt down Staff to get extra syrup.
Food good, service very poor.
Will not return

I had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The food which I ordered Jerk Chicken and Fried Chicken was absolutely delicious, our server was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic.

I visited Wafflato Calgary recently, and I have to say, it’s even better than their Jasper location! The jerk chicken was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the shake I had was super creamy and delicious. The staff were friendly, and the place has such a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely going back!

Food was all right but when I asked to place a side order of a Belgian waffle and I asked for the price. They just brought out the waffle and said they would tell me the price. Never told me the price and then charged me $15 for a single side. Waffle Also they purchased a Nespresso commercial coffee machine and it tastes like crap. Don't order the coffee

Calgary Wafflato is a must-try! The service was truly great—friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely the best, and I cannot recommend the Jerk Chicken Waffle enough it was perfectly balanced and delicious. If you're looking for something sweet, you have to go for the lotus biscoff. I will definitely be back!

Hi, I wanted to let you know about my latte today — it was very bland and tasted more like drip coffee than a latte. The flavour and texture weren’t what I expected. Just wanted to share this feedback. Thank you.
Stopped in for a late breakfast, they were kind enough to still make breakfast even when it was past noon. Giving a suggestion, I ordered the avocado and egg toast. The guacamole had green chilis in it which overtook the entire meal and was quite overpowering (made my mouth burn). The toast should be more toasted so it doesn't become soggy. Service was top-notch and I will be back.
