Wainwright Hotel at Heritage Park

I attended a company Christmas party here. The venue is beautiful and feels a bit like stepping back in time. However, the bathroom facilities are modern! It was quite an ordeal to get a taxi to take us there; the signage is minimal, and the lighting along the lane is limited. Staff were on hand to provide some guidance, but it was confusing for the guests and the drivers. I haven't visited Heritage Parke in the daytime, so I can't say much about the surrounding grounds. However, the Wainwright is a fine venue for a private event of 75-100 people.

We ate at the restaurant. My wife and I had a very nice lunch. Great atmosphere and will take you back in time.

Food is fusion of cafeteria-hospital. Salisbury steak meal very processed: instant potatoes, pkg gravy, meat-like product. French dip is roadkill du jour.

Upon first coming in we were not served immediately and watched the tables who arrived after us get served first. After finally catching the attention of a server, we were provided with excellent service. James checked in on us, took our orders, and paid attention to when we needed something. Although it was the minimum, their attitude and cheerful personality made our visit much more worth it. Truely a great server and restaurant!
(Definitely suggest the pioneer burger and french dip sandwich which was made so perfectly and authentically!)

This place is a must during your visit.
Service is a hit or miss. We came here twice first time was amazing. Second time same food we ordered didn’t have some main ingredients, tbh I didn’t see any effort to have it fixed.
So slow for any step of service.
They don’t know how long it takes to find you a seat, once they greet you, you will be given a time between 10 to 45 minutes
Grabbing the bill and machine to pay takes 10 minutes ?
Food is good if they don’t miss anything

Beautiful place to have lunch when visiting Heritage Park. We tried the french dip sandwich and it was tasty! The meat was tender and the portion was big. The price is fair considering you are inside the park. Servive was very attentive and nice. It was a experience!

This is an old heritage hotel in Heritage Park. We went here recently for a murder mystery event and it was a lot of fun. The decor seems authentic but it has updated modern bathrooms which is nice. Also, the food was great.

A staple when you visit Heritage Park. A visit to the Edwardian Era with a classic menu. For the 60th anniversary of the park the menu offers some family classics including Salisbury Steak with all the trimmings Fresh garden salad and a fun pineapple upside down cake.A sampling tonight suggests I’ll be there on a regular basis this summer

You can feel like in Edwardian era here...till you will get your burger.Food is actually good and there were gluten-free oprions available.Service was quick and our waitress Madison was very polite.The only minus is extra charge for a cheese for a burger.
