ordered a single cheeseburger in the drive thru. drove all the way home and got a lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiment sandwich. there was no burger!
Very poor service. Rude and ignorant staff. I ordered 4 orders of chicken sandwiches meals and 4 coffees. They messed up my order and gave me half empty cups of coffee (see photos). When I told them about my order being wrong and coffee cups being half empty, they rudely replied saying “take it or leave it.” They charged me $35 dollars for the order and did not even give me creamers and ketchup.. Not impressed with the country hills location last night. The floor was covered in trash and I mean real disgustingly dirty. We told the people behind the till and they said they asked one of the people to clean it but they were just sitting there talking. Then when she went behind the till she had the broom over her shoulder and with it dangling over where the food is kept before serving it. Real unhappy with this location!!
