We got a taro bubble tea with pearls. I saw the pearls have a whitish middle so I asked the cashier if that’s normal and is it cooked through. She said it is cooked through so we took it. When we got home, we found that the pearls are hard as if they aren’t cooked through. I’m very disappointed that they are serving these under cooked pearls and dare to charge $1.25 for them, especially I specifically questioned about that. Either the worker there has no knowledge of the proper preparation of the pearls or they purposely sell dated products to their customers. I will never return and do not recommend this place.

I want to say that we didn’t just go by the colour of the pearls but also the texture. The pearls are soft on the outside but hard in the middle. If it is cooked through, I wonder why it is hard in the middle? Shouldn’t the whole pearl be chewy?

I never expected Xing Fu Tang will serve a drink with this terrible taste. The pearl is hard to chew like plastic. No flavor for black sugar. The cup is not appealing and feels like I brought it somewhere. If I pay $7 for this, why don’t me buy it from T&T?

We had a good experience with service and product. We ordered brown sugar coffee latte and taro milk tea. The brown sugar pearls were chewy, just the way I like them. The service was friendly, quick and efficient.

I went to order some drinks, I received the wrong one so I went back to ask if I could get a new one. With no hesitation the kind lady said yes and apologized. Great customer service and drinks. Thanks again Xing Fu Tang!

I absolutely loved the drink, especially the adorable coconut bunny, and the service was excellent. I had a wonderful conversation with the staff, who turned out to be the owner. She has a nice smile and provides great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back again.

I used to visit different boba shops, but this was my first time at this store. The staff here are so nice! They explained which drinks and toppings are the most popular. I'll back to try more!
