I bought 4 drinks total, the signature brown sugar milk did not show as “brown sugar”. It was more of milk foam. When I visited Taiwan and had the exact same drink it was great. This was not bad but lacking of brown sugar and pearls. Overall, my craving was satisfied for a milk tea drink.
If you're in T&T you MUST stop here! We finally decided to stop and grab a beverage and they were amazing! The staff is super friendly and very helpful if you're not sure what you want.

I’m on a transcontinental journey of sampling as many Xing Fu Tangs as I can find (most recently Australia/Singapore/NYC). I was excited to find one in Calgary. Unfortunately this one is not authentic (perhaps it was authentic once upon a time as the boba wok and some of the signage looks legit?). The shop is inside Asian supermarket complex.
