Went by here to grab bubbletea and found out they sold birthday cakes for a decent price. Ordered one for a birthday party, chestnut, and everybody loved it. Also super convenient as the place was close to Eastern Fortune restaurant so it was just a matter of grabbing it along the way.

Great location, close to my house and they have bubble waffles! They have such a wide variety of teas, slushes, and toppings, so there’s always something new to try. The drinks are consistently delicious, and you can really customize them to your taste. The toppings are fresh and fun, from classic boba to fruity jellies and unique add-ons like. White rabbit 🐰 pudding! The staff is friendly and quick, and the shop has a nice, welcoming vibe.

Tried the brown sugar milk tea, made into a smoothie. What a nice change. You can taste the black tea and then the sweetness of the pearls, which were a nice texture. The service was quick and friendly.
