XO is our favorite treat! The ice cream is by far the best in the city and their waffle cones are amazing. The staff is always friendly. Today it appeared as though they were training a new guy and he was excellent..both very nice and eager to please.
I would really like XO to open in sundance..perfect little strip mall with a few food options...a XO would be a perfect fit!!!

The staff were nice, and the freshness, and quality of the waffle cone was above average. The ice cream was average, or below average quality for small, local shop. The flavors I tried were not enticing, and the banana one tasted artificially flavored. I got the espresso flavor without even thinking about it, I always go for the coffee ice cream. I was extremely disappointed, it had a very acidic, top of the mouth kind of bitter taste, that comes with some beans. (I am fairly knowledgeable about coffee) There is also nowhere to sit inside or out, no washrooms, no shade or tables in the area. I'm sorry, If my review seems harsh, I am trying to betruthful.

I came in last night for the first time, with no customers in the store. All the girls were just standing around chatting and laughing, which is great, but greet your customer and don't give them the look like the customer is disturbing you. The store was dirty, the counters had melted ice cream every where. The ice cream scoop container had floaties in it. Ice cream was good, but I am not sure if I want to return.

XO Ice Cream in Auburn Bay, is a delightful spot must go. We love Ice cream and this charming shop got lots of ice cream flavors, really is ideal place to unwind with a treat. ? We sampled several flavors, each offering a unique experience.
The Mojito Sorbet was a standout! ? They also offer take-home boxes for enjoying their ice cream later.
Nice neighborhood ice cream shop. Big selection, all ways fresh! Good service!! Good place to stop by on hot day before or after the trip to the beach!!!

This is a situation where a 0 star would have been truly appropriate. Now i can't say the ice cream and waffles weren't ok tasting but not great or even really good. What the kicker was is the non value. Got sundaes, half the small bowl was a a waffle than a tiny scoop of ice cream. When we asked for whip cream it's a huge up charge. Don't sundaes come with whip cream ? Seriously guys next time save your money and go to marble slab or really anywhere else. 9$ for a tiny fake sundae and extra for the smallest dollop of whip crea. Never were again this place.

Shop was so cute and lots of great variety in flavours. Waffle cones were so delicious and the taste and texture of the ice cream was delicious. LOVED the S'mores flavour. Only complaint is our ice cream was a little too soft and melted really quickly. It was hard to eat it fast enough. Would try again though. Nice to have an ice cream option outside of downtown
