This is a situation where a 0 star would have been truly appropriate. Now i can't say the ice cream and waffles weren't ok tasting but not great or even really good. What the kicker was is the non value. Got sundaes, half the small bowl was a a waffle than a tiny scoop of ice cream. When we asked for whip cream it's a huge up charge. Don't sundaes come with whip cream ? Seriously guys next time save your money and go to marble slab or really anywhere else. 9$ for a tiny fake sundae and extra for the smallest dollop of whip crea. Never were again this place.

Shop was so cute and lots of great variety in flavours. Waffle cones were so delicious and the taste and texture of the ice cream was delicious. LOVED the S'mores flavour. Only complaint is our ice cream was a little too soft and melted really quickly. It was hard to eat it fast enough. Would try again though. Nice to have an ice cream option outside of downtown

Espresso ice cream is absolutely delicious! Definitely homemade. Well worth the cost!
Horrible customer service. Bought ice cream at 2:05 on 23 July. Almost 4 people working in the shop. Waited for a good 2 minutes before someone came to help. Asked for a sample and she thought I ordered. I asked if I can taste first . And the second time I asked she says just so you know you can only have 3 samples. Which is weird but fine. After I pay, she goes back to her waffle making and made me wait another 2 minutes while continuing to talk to her colleagues. Then she comes and hand me the ice cream without any apology or excuse to her attitude. The patrons of this shop deserve better service.

Last Sunday, I went with my family for the first time and it's gonna be the last one. Horrible experience, tha staff members are so mean, they don't have any idea about customer services. No, even welcomed customers, no thank you, nothing. On top of that, as soon as they gave us the ice cream, it was already melting. The ice cream should be frozen. Don't waste your time and money, even better buy icream at Co-Op or any other place.

This is so strange customer service, why I need to wait while 5 people can’t decide which ice cream they want, while I know what I want and ready to order? Even when customers said go ahead while we thinking, your employee told me NO ! This is what happens when you hire teenagers ??♀️
