Went here for a retirement event. The staff were great. Food and drinks were delicious!
The Blackbird has become one of our favourite local spots. The atmosphere is always great- cozy, welcoming, and the perfect neighbourhood place to relax and hang out.
The food is consistently amazing, the drinks are always great, and the service has been excellent every time we’ve gone. We’ve honestly never been disappointed here.

Blackbird Public Urban Bar is a solid neighborhood pub serving great food and offering good value. The menu features tasty options like the Nashville chicken sandwich, fried pepperoni, and the incredible Devil on Horseback dip, which offers a unique taste. The atmosphere is adult-oriented with sports on good screen setups and a curated music selection. The decor is very tasteful, and the washrooms are also appreciated by guests. The staff provides quick and friendly service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The patio area, although on the east side of the building, is well laid out and a nice spot to relax. Blackbird is a great spot for a casual meal or catch-up with friends. The pub-grub is done extremely well, and the Chef definitely knows what he/she is doing. It's an excellent place for gatherings and for a genuine good time. The atmosphere is clean and friendly, and the pub is willing to accommodate vegetarian options and dietary restrictions, making custom dishes as needed. While the food prices may be higher, the beer prices and specials are solid, making it a place to visit often.
