Amazing chicken curry. The lamp curry wasn't a great fit for me though, a little bitter. The garlic nann goes perfectly with the curry.

10/10 service. Very polite and mindful. They gave us a free appetizer. I was asking if they offered panipuri but unfortunately they didn't. He offered to ask the kitchen for that.

Unlike most restaurants where minimum tip is at least 15%. This restaurant has 5 as minimum. But they way more deserved 15%!

Ordered online from Zaika a while back and had a pleasant experience overall. The goat curry was flavorful with well-cooked meat. The chili chicken was decent, though not extraordinary. I wasn’t a fan of the pakoras; while crispy, the fillings lacked flavor. On the upside, the cheese kulcha with its cottage cheese filling was a delight, and the mango chutney with papadams added a lovely tangy-sweet touch. A satisfying meal with room for small improvements.

I was craving Indian food last night so I ordered buttered chicken and garlic naan. I ordered 3x garlic naan and i think i only got a few or at least compared to other stores. I gotta say, their butter chicken is a notch above the rest and I’ve tried a lot. Unfortunately, it gave me food poisoning. I can’t stop vomiting, headaches and stomachache. This is the only food I ate yesterday and paired it with water so it couldn’t be the drink. Really disappointing as my friend told me zaika is a really successful restaurant and they can back it up with their food.

I ordered dinner for two yesterday and we experienced food poisoning this morning at 4:00 am.

This place is great. Been getting takeout here for years now. Introduced someone to Indian food by bringing her here, and now she's hooked too.

We normally get the Chicken Korma, and then back and forth between Chicken Tikka Masala and Vindaloo as a second dish. Delicious everytime, meat is tasty and easy to eat (no bad pieces, no grizzle), veggies are plentiful, and sauce is thick and flavourful

It's a weekly thing, but I could eat here multiple times per week. Love it!

Zaika is the place for Indian food in NW Calgary. Great food and service. Since moving to Calgary this is the restaurant I have visited the most. The portions are large, the staff friendly, and the hours are great if you're getting back late from a trip to the mountains!

Placed an order for pickup. They did not have any idea about the order until we arrived. Staff were extremely rude, like we were bothering them by placing an order. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
