I was just at your location and ordered a beyond the meat burger ADD mozzarella. I took a bight into my burger and discovered that I had just eaten bacon for the first time in 15 years. When I went back in the person I dealt with had no costumer service whatsoever. No apology. No urgency to do anything about the situation. He told me that that's how the burger comes with mozzarella.
