Stopped in to have a flat fixed. They were friendly, efficient and quick. For such a minor issue, they made me feel like a valuable customer.Unfortunately, it didn't take, as sometimes happens. Brought it back the next day and they made it right, apologized for my time, and stood by their work, fixing it at no extra charge.When stuff happens, great service makes up for it. Will return and recommend to anyone who asks.

You've found it!! Greatful to have not only been receiving the support and care from the Cafe on my bikes with fantastic service, maintenance, upgrades and advice , but they also keep my caffeine levels and taste buds on a happy note. I love these guys , love the small town feel and I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the care they have put forward to me as a client, and now a friend. This shop is amazing.They were excellent in recommending our new bikes to us and have been there to help us with getting set up recently converting them to tubeless for us.Staff are always really friendly and take a genuine interest in asking about your planned trip or where you’ve been on your bike.When thinking of reasons I want to stay living longer term in the area this is honestly one of the pros on my list! I’m not sure I want to take my bike anywhere else!!

Best service and the friendliest staff! These guys have gotten us out of a bind SO many times! From busted chains & derailleurs, to new bikes and gear. Always prompt service, great advice, and they never oversell or push things that you don’t really need. We don’t live in town, but frequent Canmore quite a bit, this is THE bike shop we prefer and go to!

It's not a trip to Canmore without a stop into the Bicycle Cafe.The staff are both knowledgeable and friendly, making them perfect for a general chat over coffee when it's slow or providing information you need quickly when the town is pressed with traffic.They've got a solid selection of bike goods as well as a hidden workshop where grease monkeys get their game on with your bike.The plant aspect of the shop is such that you'll either want to leave with something or you find yourself at home with yet another specimen for your growing connection.It's the little details that really give the Bicycle Cafe its soul though. A spot to sit and enjoy a drink. The wooden bike sculpture. Audio/Visual tidbits that serve no actual function but to trigger nostalgia. Bikes that hang or sit out of reach, but your mind still rides them.If you've never been, go.If you have, then you know.
