Gaucho vastly exceeded my expectations I’d thought it would be quantity over quality but delighted to find in fact the quality was fantastic! The meat variety was impressive and it was expertly cooked. The service was brilliant too! A special thanks to Douglas, the head chef and our friendly Australian waitress!
Gaucho was an okay experience overall. For the smaller city it’s located in, it’s a nice option, but as a Brazilian, I wouldn’t consider the experience or food very authentic.
Unfortunately, most of the meats didn’t impress me. The two cuts I really enjoyed were the picanha and alcatra, which were both good, but the other steaks were okay in flavor and quality.
