Food was fantastic, from the taste to the portion sizes and price! Tons of gluten free options and they clearly labelled which plate was prepared for an allergy. The staff were nice and the ambiance was great (loved the music and decos). Will definitely be back!

A cozy cafe with lots of seating and delicious food options! We loved the evening concert, and had to come back the following day to try their pad thai noodles (which were incredible) We will definitely be back.

The staff there is super friendly and helpful. Clare was a big help with my little misfortune; I had no battery in my cellphone and no idea how to get around the city. I stumbled across this small coffee shop, and Clare didn’t hesitate to help me find a charger and put me at ease. I grabbed a banana bread while I was charging my cellphone; it was delicious. I recommend this place:)

It is a nice place, more modern than cozy. Their coffee is not exceptional but good. The view is lovely and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed because the washroom was dirty. Probably ignored for a long time.

I came to Communitea Cafe a few times over the course of a weekend in Canmore. The food I ordered came incredibly cold and the service was surly and unfriendly. The people who work here seem like they hate their jobs are are irritated with you for darkening their door. This was unfortunate, as the general atmosphere is actually really lovely and it could be a nice place.

Would not go here again. The coffee was cold, the coffee lady was very rude with us. The sandwiches are tiny and are very overpriced. We got the grilled cheese and there was not much cheese and it was low quality. For the premium they charge, they could do so much better. Definitely a tourist tap.
