“I purchased some individual chicken pot pies from my usual place. When I got home I decided to have one for lunch. This is not the first time I have purchased these. Was I ever shocked to take a bite and then have my mouth on fire. These are not spicy pot pies. I couldn't eat the rest. I contacted Vabella via email. The response I got was amazing. Not only did they say that they would definitely look into it as the pot pies were definitely not supposed to be spicy but, they also offered, and delivered not 1 but 2 replacement pot pies. I will definitely be purchasing these pot pies again.
The reason for 4 stars, is that there is always room for improvement.“
