The duo chocolate pie had a good sweetness and chocolaty centre, however it was a bit dry on the outside. The peanut butter brownie tend to be a bit more on the sweeter side. The cafe did get pretty busy, which made seating and dining in difficult. The coffee and cappuccino were perfect - 10/10. The ham and cheese croissant and the swiss cheese and spam stick are very good and unique. The atmosphere inside is relaxing with beautiful decoration and comfortable seats, the background music is good as well. It is possible also to set outside with beautiful view to the village. The staff is helpful and the service is fast. Eclipse Coffee Roasters is a great coffee spot in downtown Canmore, roasting their own coffee with an artisan approach. Perfect for sitting on seats on sidewalk watching world go by.
