They have the best gluten free bread for my wife! We used to think it was invermere but this is much closer to us (airdrie). A trip to Canmore and we can get her fresh amazing gluten free bread and amazing other treats and snacks as well!
The baking is out of this world. The rest of the place is a normal convenience store.
I would definitely recommend stopping on your way through town for some road snacks.

They have the BEST cronuts!! Everytime we're in Canmore or are passing by, we always make sure to stop by at Fernies to get a couple of these. We've brought some out of town friends here or brought a package back for our visitors and they always rave about how amazing these tasty treats are. Definitely check them out if you haven't already!!

Fergie's Bakery and Convenience is a charming spot that offers a fresh array of treats, including the famous Cronuts. This bakery offers a wide range of sweet treats, such as APPLE Fritters that are buttery, delicious, and melt in the mouth with a great texture. Many customers also enjoy the crispy exterior and soft inside of the Cronuts, which are dipped in a mixture that tastes like butter and maple syrup. The bakery's giant brownie is rich and melts in the mouth, packed with a super chocolatey flavor. The chocolate chip cookies are also highly praised. In addition to baked goods, the convenience store provides grocery essentials, snacks, and Canadian/lcoal frozen ready-to-eat meals, making it a perfect place to find ingredients and snacks for various meals. The buns are fresh, and the bacon, cheese, and herb bread has been praised as amazing. Canmore is lucky to have this little gem.
