The Miners lamp pub has the greatest atmosphere and the most authentic flavours. You can definitely tell that it is run by an Irishman/woman. The fish and chips are out of this world ! The nachos and drinks were delicious! Fabulous staff as well!

This is a little hidden Gem of Canmore! Great pub vibes, if not mistaken the only place that serves a full English breakfast & there pints, pub fare & forever running wood fires in the winter time is one of the reasons I just keep coming back.

We stayed at the Georgetown Inn for two nights. The room was good, clean and had everything necessary. The breakfast was also very nice at the pub, and the service there was greatly appreciated. The highlight of our stay however was our hotel receptionist, Nelson. Nelson was an extremely helpful and kind man who showed us how to use everything, brought us things like milk upon request, and always going that step further in ensuring that our stay was excellent. Thank you Nelson for your brilliant attitude and constant smile! :)

Beautiful king room. Staff helped us celebrate a birthday with a free drink and dessert at the pub. Room was incredible. Immaculate. Highly recommend. Food and service at the pub are wonderful. The fireplace is so inviting.
So have been there many times with excellent service but tonight I really felt our waitress Could not wait for us to go home?? C was awful I don’t understand why she was so terrible. Will not go there again . Sorry

My wife and I went to the Georgetown Inn and Pub for breakfast while we were in Canmore on vacation. Best meal of the trip for me. I had their version of the Full English Breakfast and it was amazing. My wife had the Famous Orange Waffles and she was very happy with them.
The service we had was fantastic, attentive without being disruptive, and very friendly .
