A true French bakery with gorgeous and delicious desserts, pastries, and breads. Their chocolate almond croissant is my all-time favorite (and I’ve had many a croissant!). Just fyi, it’s a small space with limited seating.
The best bakery in Canmore! My family’s must stop French bakery on the way to the Rockies! There are traffics due to the road works and there are not many parking. No more individual tables except high bar chairs. Quick take out is the best.

Ohhh my goodness! I love to find real pastry shops! I stocked up on pastry to take home! Made with real butter! They have some great books on pastry making, too! I can't wait to try my hand! I make a great flakey pie crust thanks to my grandmother; I'm sure everyone I know will be thrilled if I figure out how to make chocolate filled croissants!! ?
